Abstract

Pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Rawat Inap Paru 2 lantai RSUD ulin Banjarmasin berpotensi terjadi kecelakan kerja karena (unsafe action) atau pun (unsafe condition), dengan melakukan identifikasi bahaya dan penilaian risiko serta pengendalianya dengan metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control). Berdasarkan data-data yang telah didapatkan sebagai bahan pertimbangan akan menghasilkan sebuah analisis berupa penjabaran risiko kecelakaan yang dapat terjadi. Analisis tersebut akan disajikan dalam bentuk kuisioner dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi (hazard identification) terdapat 56 potensi bahaya dengan hasil penilaian risiko (Risk Assessment) menunjukkan 15 potensi bahaya pada tingkat Moderete Risk dan 41 potensi bahaya pada tingkat Low Risk. Hasil pengendalian resiko (Risk Control) menunjukkan untuk memasang rambu-rambu tanda bahaya dan setiap pekerja wajib memakai APD lengkap (Helm, Sepatu, rompi, kaos tangan, masker, kaca mata). In the Construction Project of the Pulmonary Inpatient Building with 2 floors, Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin, there is the potential for work accidents to occur due to (unsafe action) or (unsafe conditions), by identifying hazards and assessing risks and controlling them using the HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control) method. Based on the data that has been obtained as a material consideration will produce an analysis in the form of a description of the risk of accidents that can occur. The analysis will be presented in the form of questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of hazard identification there are 56 potential hazards with the results of the risk assessment showing 15 potential hazards at the level Moderate Risk and 41 potential hazards at the level Low Risk. The results of risk control show that to install danger signs and every worker is required to wear complete PPE (helmets, shoes, vests, gloves, masks, glasses).
