Abstract

Tuberculosis is still a public health problem that causes high morbidity, disability, and death, so it needs to be tackled. This study focuses on evaluating the extent of the process. services for people suspected of TB at the Baamang II Health Center, Baamang District. This research is a type of qualitative research where qualitative research is often called a naturalistic because the research is carried out in natural conditions (natural settings) and is also called an interpretive because the research data is more related to the interpretation of the data found in the field. In qualitative research, the instrument is a person or human instrument, namely the researcher himself. Data analysis is inductive/qualitative based on facts found in the field, and qualitative emphasize meaning rather than generalization. From the results of interviews with informants and direct observations in the field, it was found that the problem was not in the input and process but arose because of the state of the corona virus outbreak that hit Indonesia and the world. It is hoped that cross-program collaboration at the Puskesmas as well as community participation in efforts to prevent and control Tuberculosis can encourage the achievement of MSS for people suspected of TB.
