Abstract

Peraturan Presiden RI No 99 Tahun 2020 tentang Pengadaan Vaksin dan Pelaksanaan Vaksinasi dalam Rangka Penanggulangan Pandemi Coronavirus Disease 2019. Data sasaran vaksinasi di Kecamatan Anjir Pasar didapat desa dengan aksesibilitas dengan pusat pelayanan kesehatan jauh dan sulit yaitu Desa Gandaria sebesar 125 (26,28%), Desa Mantren sebesar 201 (63,14%) dan Desa Danau Karya sebanyak 341 (96,40%). Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis faktor-faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Pemanfaatan Pelayanan Vaksinasi Covid-19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Anjir Pasar tahun 2021. Metode penelitian adalah analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi adalah semua masyarakat bertempat tinggal di Desa Gandarian, Mantren dan Danau Karya Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Anjir Pasar sebanyak 481 orang dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner dengan teknik analisa data m uji chi square. Hasil penelitian memanfaatkan sebesar 58 (69,9%), berpendidikan dasar sebesar 62 (74,7%), pengetahuan baik sebesar 33 (39,8%), aksebilitas terjangkau sebesar 50 responden (60,2%). Tidak ada hubungan pendidikan masyarakat dengan (p-value=0,711), Ada hubungan pengetahuan masyarakat dengan (p-value=0,000), Ada hubungan aksesibilitas dengan (p-value=0,000), Ada hubungan kondisi kesehatan masyarakat dengan (p-value=0,001) pemanfaatan pelayanan vaksinasi covid-19 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Anjir Pasar tahun 2021. Saran diharapkan Puskesmas dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan vaksinasi covid-19 sehingga dapat mengurangi angka kejadian covid-19. Presidential Regulation RI No. 99 of 2020 concerning Vaccine Procurement and Vaccination Implementation in the Context of Combating the 2019 Coronavirus Disease Pandemic. Data on vaccination targets in Anjir Pasar District were obtained from villages with accessibility to health care centers far and difficult, namely Gandaria Village by 125 (26.28%) , Mantren Village was 201 (63.14%) and Lake Karya Village was 341 (96.40%). The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors related to the utilization of Covid-19 vaccination services in the Anjir Pasar Community Health Center in 2021. The research method was analytic with a cross sectional design. The population is all people who live in the villages of Gandarian, Mantren and Danau Karya, Anjir Pasar Public Health Center as many as 481 people using simple random sampling. The instrument uses a questionnaire with data analysis techniques m chi square test. The results of the study utilized 58 (69.9%), basic education of 62 (74.7%), good knowledge of 33 (39.8%), affordable accessibility of 50 respondents (60.2%). There is no relationship between public education with (p-value = 0.711), There is a relationship between public knowledge and (p-value = 0.000), There is a relationship between accessibility and (p-value = 0.000), There is a relationship between public health conditions with (p-value = 0.001) utilization of the covid-19 vaccination service in the work area of the Anjir Pasar Health Center in 2021. It is recommended that the Puskesmas can increase public trust in the Covid-19 vaccination service so as to reduce the incidence of covid-19.
