Abstract
The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the PDAM Bandarmasih office, Banjarmasin City. Organizational culture is a system of meaning shared by members that distinguishes an organization from other organizations. In another sense, organizational culture is a stability that affects the attitudes and behavior of its members. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties according to the responsibilities given to him. The research method uses a quantitative approach with the type of explanatory research. Data were collected using a questionnaire method to 31 respondents from the Corporate Secretary at the PDAM Banjarmasin City Office. Samples were determined using the Saturated Sampling technique. Data analysis used simple linear regression with hypothesis testing using t test. The results showed the organizational culture variable with a value of t count > t table (10,455 > 2,042) at sig = 0,000 which means that organizational culture has a significant partial effect on employee performance at the Banjarmasin PDAM office. An increase in organizational culture will result in an increase in employee performance which has a statistically significant effect.
