Abstract

Standar teknis pelayanan minimal bidang kesehatan adalah ketentuan standar jumlah dan kualitas barang atau jasa, personal dan SDM kesehatan dan petunjuk teknis atau tata cara pemenuhan standar dari masing-masing jenis dan mutu pelayanan. RS Bhayangkara Tk. III Banjarmasin adalah RS milik Kapolri dan RS umum dengan tipe C. Data rekapitulasi pasien rawat jalan 6 tahun terakhir tahun 2017-2022 mengalami fluktuasi, tahun 2017-2019 peningkatan 38.126 orang, tahun 2020 penurunan 28.166 orang dan tahun 2021 peningkatan 12.588 orang. Bulan Februari ke Maret tahun 2022 penurunan 978 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan mutu pelayanan kesehatan dengan kepuasn pasien rawat jalan. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan besaran sampel 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pasien 51 responden (51%) menyatakan puas dan dimensi mutu keandalan (reliability) 90 responden (90%), daya tanggap (responsiveness) 92 responden (92%), jaminan (assurance) 89 responden (89%), empati (emphaty) 87 responden (87%) dan bukti fisik (tangible) 74 responden (74%) menyatakan baik. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan keandalan (reliability) (p-value = 0,049) dan bukti fisik (tangible) (p-value = 0,030), sedangkan tidak ada hubungan daya tanggap (responsiveness) (p-value = 0,156), jaminan (assurance) (p-value = 0,177) dan empati (emphaty) (p-value = 0,501) dengan kepuasan pasien rawat halan di RS Bhayangkara Tk. III Banjarmasin tahun 2022. Disarankan bagi instansi mempertahankan dan meningkatkan mutu pelayanan serta sarana prasaranan, bagi pasien agar mematuhi setiap prosedur agar tercapai keselarasan, serta menjadi bahan rujukan untuk diteliti kembali pada tingkatan yang lebih spesifik oleh peneliti selanjutnya. Minimum technical standards for health services are provisions on standards for the quantity and quality of goods or services, health personnel and human resources and technical instructions or procedures for meeting standards for each type and quality of service. Bhayangkara Tk. III Banjarmasin Hospital owned by the National Police Chief and a general hospital with type C. Outpatient recapitulation data for the last 6 years in 2017-2022 fluctuated, in 2017-2019 it increased of 38,126 people, in 2020 it decreased of 28,166 people and in 2021 an increased of 12,588 people. February to March 2022 decreased 978 people. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between the quality of health services with outpatient satisfaction. This research method is quantitative study using an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach and a sample size of 100 respondents. The results showed that patient satisfaction 51 respondents (51%) said the were satisfied and the dimensions of quality reliability 90 respondents (90%), responsiveness 92 respondents (92%), assurance 89 respondents (89%), emphaty 87 respondents (87%) and tangible 74 respondents (74%) stated good. The results showed that there was a relationship between reliability (p-value = 0.049) and tangible (p-value = 0.030), while there was no relationship between responsiveness (p-value = 0.156), assurance (p-value = 0.177) and emphaty (p-value = 0.501) with outpatient satisfaction at Bhayangkara Tk. III Banjarmasin Hospital in 2022. It’s recommended for hospital to maintain and improve the quality of services and infrastructure, for patients to comply with each procedure in order to achieve harmony, as well as become a reference material to be re-examined at a more specific level by further researchers.
