Abstract

Penggunaan handscoon sangatpenting bagi tenaga kesehatan khususnya perawat yang setiap hari kontak dengan pasien. Kepatuhan dalam menggunakan handscoon merupakan kewajiban tenaga kesehatan saat pemeriksaan fisik dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan, masa kerja dan riwayat incident dengan kepatuhan tenaga kesehatan dalam penggunaan handscoon di Puskesmas Martapura 2 Tahun 2022. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian seluruh tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Martapura 2 Tahun 2022 dengan sampel 43 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Total Sampling. Uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi square test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden memiliki kepatuhan dalam penggunaan handscoon sebanyak 38 orang (88.4%), mayoritas responden memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang handscoon sebanyak 28 orang (65.1%), mayoritas responden memiliki masa kerja yang belum cukup lama (baru < 5 tahun) sebanyak 25 orang (58.1%), mayoritas responden adalah memiliki riwayat incident tidak pernah tertusuk jarum suntik sebanyak 35 orang (81.4%). Ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan dalam penggunaan handscoon di UPT. Puskesmas Martapura 2 (P-Value 0,004), Tidak ada hubungan antara masa kerja (P-Value 0,64) dan riwayat incident (P-Value 0,565) dengan kepatuhan dalam penggunaan handscoon di UPT. Puskesmas Martapura 2. Disarankan untuk patuh dalam memakai handscoon dengan tepat sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku di Puskesmas Martapura 2. The use of handscoons is very important for health workers, especially nurses who are in daily contact with patients. Compliance in using the handscoon is the obligation of health workers during a physical examination. The purpose of the study was to determine and analyze the relationship, tenure and incident history with the compliance of health workers in the use of handscoons at the Martapura 2 Health Center in 2022. The research method used an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The study population was all health workers at the Martapura 2 Health Center in 2022 with a sample of 43 people. Sampling using the Total Sampling technique. Statistical test using Chi square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents had compliance in the use of handscoons as many as 38 people (88.4%), the majority of respondents had good handscoons as many as 28 people (65.1%), the majority of respondents had not long working period (only < 5 years). ) as many as 25 people (58.1%), the majority of respondents had a history of never having a needle stick as many as 35 people (81.4%). There is a relationship between knowledge and compliance in the use of handscoon at UPT. Puskesmas Martapura 2 (P-Value 0.004), There is no relationship between years of service (P-Value 0.64) and incident history (P- Value 0.565) with compliance in the use of handscoons at UPT. Martapura Health Center 2. It is recommended to be obedient in using the right hands according to the SOP that applies at Martapura Health Center 2.
