Abstract

Penyakit hipertensi disebut juga sebagai the silent killer disease dikarenakan pengidap penyakit hipertensi rata-rata kurang memahami tanda dan gejala sebelum diperiksa dan dapat menyerang siapa saja. Berdasarkan data dari laporan tahunan rekam medik yang berobat di poli penyakit dalam rumah sakit daerah idaman kota banjarbaru pada tahun 2021 berjumlah 4.415 orang yang mengalami hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada lansia yang berobat dipoli penyakit dalam Rumah Sakit Daerah Idaman Banjarbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Lansia yang berobat dipoli penyakit dalam dengan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Jenis penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan secara (Non Random) yaitu lansia yang berobat dipoli penyakit dalam dengan kriteria inklusi. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan uji chisquare dengan α=0,05. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan riwayat keluarga dengan hipertensi (p-value = 0,033), dan terdapat juga hubungan pola makan dengan hipertensi (p-value=0,028). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara perilaku merokok dengan hipertensi (p-value=0,974) dan juga tidak terdapat hubungan antara aktifitas fisik dengan hipertensi (p-value=0,163). Disarankan dapat meningkatkan upaya komunikasi, informasi dan edukasi misalnya dengan melakukan beberapa hal seperti promosi kesehatan dengan penyuluhan tentang faktor-faktor resiko dan upaya pencegahan hipertensi terhadap lansia. Based on data from the annual report of medical records seeking treatment at the internal medicine poly at the ideal regional hospital in Banjarbaru in 2021, there were 4,415 people with hypertension. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of hypertension in the elderly who seek treatment at the Internal Medicine Clinic at the Idaman Regional Hospital, Banjarbaru. The population in this study were the elderly who were treated in the internal medicine clinic with the number of samples in this study as many as 100 respondents. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The sampling method used (Non-Random) was the elderly who were treated in an internal medicine clinic with inclusion criteria. Analysis of research data using chi square test with = 0.05. The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between family history and hypertension (p-value = 0.033), and there was also a relationship between diet and hypertension (p-value = 0.028). There was no correlation between smoking behavior and hypertension (p-value = 0.974) and there was also no relationship between physical activity and hypertension (p-value = 0.163). It is recommended to improve communication, information and education efforts, for example by doing several things such as health promotion by counseling about risk factors and preventing hypertension in the elderly.
