Abstract

Kematian ibu di negara berkembang berkaitan dengan anemia dalam kehamilan. World Health Organization (WHO) melaporkan bahwa prevalensi anemia pada ibu hamil di dunia berkisar rata-rata 40 % dengan angka kematian 4%.(WHO, 2018). Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pulang Pisau tahun 2018 prevalensi anemia ibu hamil di beberapa Puskesmas Kabupaten Pulang Pisau seperti Puskesmas Pulang Pisau sebesar 14,85%. Dimana prevalensi anemia tertinggi di Puskesmas Sebangau Kuala sebesar 32,39%, disusul Puskesmas Pandih Batu sebesar 19,21%, Puskesmas Banama Tingang sebesar 13,00%, Puskesmas Kahayan Tengah 10,36% dan Puskesmas Jabiren sebesar 9,87%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Hubungan Pengetahuan, Usia dan Pola Konsumsi Tablet Fe dengan Kejadian Anemia Ibu Hamil di Puskesmas Pulang Pisau. Penelitian ini merupakan pcnelitian yang bersifat survey analitik yaitu penelitian yang mencoba nrenggali bagaimana dan mengapa fenomena kesehatan itu terjadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional, yaitu variabel sebab akibat atau kasus yang terjadi pada objek penelitian diukur atau dikumpulkan secara simultan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah tidak adahubungan yang signifikan antara kejadian anemia dengan pengetahuan, usia dan konsumsi tablet tambah darah masing – masing nilai p-value 0,580, 0,442 dan 0,500 dimana nilai p value > 0,005. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut perlunya peningkatan penyuluhan dan dukungan terhadap ibu hamil terutama dalam penyuluhan pentingnya mengonsumsi tablet tambah darah selama kehamilan. Based on data from the Pulang Pisau District Health Office in 2018 the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women in a number of Pulang Pisau Puskesmas such as Puskesmas Pulang Pisau was 14.85%. Where the highest anemia prevalence was at Sebangau Kuala Health Center at 32.39%, followed by Pandih Batu Health Center at 19.21%, Banama Tingang Health Center at 13.00%, Kahayan Tengah Health Center at 10.36% and Jabiren Health Center at 9.87%. This study aims to determine the Relationship Analysis of Knowledge, Age and Consumption Pattern of Fe Tablets with the Occurrence of Anemia of Pregnant Women at Pulang Pisau Health Center. This research is an analytical survey research, a research that tries to understand how and why health phenomena occur. This study uses cross sectional, that is, cause and effect variables or cases that occur in the research object measured or collected simultaneously. The results of this study were no significant relationship between the incidence of anemia with knowledge, age and consumption of blood-added tablets - each p-value 0.580, 0.442 and 0.500 where the p value> 0.005. Based on these results the need for increased education and support for pregnant women, especially in counseling the importance of consuming blood-added tablets during pregnancy.
