Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa S1 Bahasa Inggris dalam menggunakan platform pembelajaran online pada masa pandemi COVID-19. Dan metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi wawancara kualitatif. Berdasarkan wawancara semi struktural, peneliti menemukan empat partisipan mempunyai persepsi berbeda terhadap pembelajaran daring melalui platform berbeda. Selain itu, para peserta juga memunculkan berbagai persepsi dalam penggunaan platform online. Namun dalam pembelajaran daring, tantangan utama yang sering dihadapi siswa adalah kurangnya This study aims to determine the perception of English undergraduate students in using online learning platforms during the COVID-19 pandemic. And this research method uses a qualitative interview study. Based on semi-structural interviews, the researcher found that four participants had different perceptions of online learning through different platforms. In addition, these participants gave rise to various perceptions in the use of online platforms. However, in online learning, the foremost common challenges faced by students are the lack of internet connection, lack of parental support and lack of student motivation in online learning
