Abstract

Data jumlah penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Tapin Utara meningkat. Pada tahun 2018 sebanyak 879 orang dan tahun 2019 meningkat menjadi 2.325 orang. Peningkatan jumlah penderita hipertensi salah satunya karena kebiasaaan penderita hipertensi. Pemerintah telah mencanangkan kegiatan Germas yang salah satu tujuannya untuk menurunkan jumlah penderita hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengidentifikasi implementasi Germas pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Tapin Utara Tahun 2020. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan case control melalui pendekatan survei analitik kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksankan pada saat Pandemi Covid-19 sehingga tatap muka dan wawancara dengan responden tidak dapat dilaksanakan. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan cara pengisian googleform yang dibagikan melalui group whatsapp. Populasi berjumlah 64 orang yang termasuk didalam group whatsapp. Responden yang dapat mengisi googleform sebanyak 37 orang dari 64 orang. Pengolahan data melalui analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian bahwa aktifitas fisik, yang terbanyak masuk kategori sedang sebanyak 14 responden (37,8%), konsumsi buah dan sayur, yang terbanyak masuk kategori kurang 30 responden (83,3%), merokok, yang terbanyak masuk kategori tidak merokok 26 responden (70,3%), mengkonsumsi minuman beralkohol, semua responden 37 responden (100%) tidak minum minuman beralkohol, melakukan cek kesehatan secara berkala, yang terbanyak masuk kategori jarang 23 responden (62,2%), menjaga kebersihan lingkungan, yang terbanyak masuk dalam kategori sering 26 responden (70,3%), menggunakan jamban, yang terbanyak masuk kriteria jamban sehat sebanyak 34 responden (91,9 %) dan Perubahan Tekanan darah, masuk kategori tetap dan menurun mempunyai nilai yang sama yaitu sebanyak 18 responden (48,6 %). Data on the number of hypertensive patients at the North Tapin Health Center has increased. In 2018 there were 879 people and in 2019 it increased to 2,325 people. One of the increasing numbers of hypertension sufferers is the habit of hypertension sufferers. The government has launched Germas activities, one of which aims to reduce the number of hypertension sufferers. The research objective was to identify the implementation of Germas in hypertensive patients at the North Tapin Public Health Center in 2020. The research method used case control through a quantitative analytic survey approach. This research was conducted at the time of the Covid-19 Pandemic so that face-to-face interviews and interviews with respondents could not be carried out. The research instrument used a questionnaire by filling in Google Form which was distributed through the WhatsApp group. The population is 64 people who are included in the whatsapp group. Respondents who can fill in Google Form are 37 out of 64 people. Data processing through univariate analysis. The results showed that physical activity, most of which were in the moderate category as many as 14 respondents (37.8%), consumption of fruits and vegetables, the most were in the poor category 30 respondents (83.3%), smoking, most were in the non-smoking category 26 respondents (70.3%), consume alcoholic drinks, all 37 respondents (100%) do not drink alcoholic beverages, do regular health checks, most are in the rare category 23 respondents (62.2%), maintain environmental cleanliness, the most included in the frequent category 26 respondents (70.3%), using latrines, most of which were categorized as healthy latrines as many as 34 respondents (91.9%) and changes in blood pressure, were in the fixed category and decreased had the same value, namely as many as 18 respondents ( 48.6%).
