Abstract

Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Banjar tahun 2019 didapatkan data cakupan ASI Eksklusif di Puskesmas Sungai Pinang (70,71%) masih dibawah target 80%. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberian ASI eksklusif di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sungai Pinang Kabupaten Banjar Tahun 2020. Metode penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi seluruh ibu yang mempunyai bayi usia 6-24 bulan pada bulan Januari sampai Maret 2020 di Puskesmas Sungai Pinang sebanyak 96 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 49 responden menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling. Uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian tidak memberikan ASI Eksklusif sebanyak 27 orang (55,1%), pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 22 orang (44,9%), sikap positif sebanyak 26 orang (53,1%), pendidikan menengah sebanyak 35 orang (71,4%), tidak bekerja sebanyak 27 orang (55,1%), tidak melakukan inisiasi menyusu dini (IMD) sebanyak 35 orang (71,4%), mendapatkan dukungan keluarga sebanyak 30 orang (61,2%). Ada hubungan pengetahuan (p-value = 0,000 < α 0,05), sikap ibu (p-value = 0,000 < α 0,05), pendidikan ibu (p-value = 0,002 < α 0,05), pekerjaan ibu (p-value = 0,011 < α 0,05), Inisiasi Menyusu Dini (IMD) (p-value = 0,001 < α 0,05), dukungan keluarga (p-value = 0,018 < α 0,05) dengan pemberian ASI Eksklusif di Puskesmas Sungai Pinang Tahun 202. Diharapkan ibu dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang ASI Eksklusif dengan menambah informasi meningkatkan kesadaran tentang pentingnya pemberian ASI eksklusif. This study aims to determine the factors that influence exclusive breastfeeding in the work area of Puskesmas Sungai Pinang Banjar in 2020. Analytical survey research methods used a cross sectional approach. The population of all mothers who had babies aged 6-24 months from January to March 2020 at Sungai Pinang Health Center were 96 people with a sample of 49 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Statistical test using the Chi Square test. The results showed that 27 people did not give exclusive breastfeeding (55,1%), 22 people had sufficient knowledge (44.9%), 26 people (53.1%) had a positive attitude, 35 people in secondary education (71, 4%), do not work as many as 27 people (55.1%), do not initiate early breastfeeding (IMD) as many as 35 people (71.4%), get family support as many as 30 people (61.2%). There is a relationship between knowledge (p-value = 0,000 <α 0.05), maternal attitude (p-value = 0,000 <α 0.05), maternal education (p-value = 0.002 <α 0.05), maternal work (p -value = 0.011 <α 0.05), Early Initiation of Breastfeeding (IMD) (p-value = 0.001 <α 0.05), family support (p-value = 0.018 <α 0.05) with exclusive breastfeeding at the Puskesmas Sungai Pinang Year 202. It is hoped that mothers can increase their knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding by adding information to raise awareness about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding.
