Abstract

RELATIONSHIP OF ENVIRONMENTAL SANITATION AND COMMUNITY BEHAVIOR TO THE OCCURRENCE OF DENGUE HEMORRHAGIC FEVER (DHF) IN DIRGAHAYU COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER IN 2020 Background: For Kotabaru District there are 3 Community Health Center including Hilir Community Health Center , Sebatung community Healths and Dirgahayu Community Health Center with DHF case data, among others Hilir Community Health Center with 69 DHF cases, Sebatung Community Health Center with 48 DHF cases and Dirgahayu Community Health Center 80 cases increased from the previous year (Community Health Center Hilir with 69 DHF cases, Sebatung Puskesmas with 48 DHF cases and Dirgahayu Community Health Center 80 cases increased from the previous year (Community Health Center ) Long Live 2019). Porpuse : To determine the relationship of environmental sanitation and community behavior in the occurrence of dengue fever in Dirgahayau Community Health Center in 2020. Method: This research is an analytical survey research with cross sectional design. The instrument used was a questionnaire. The study population was all family heads of the Dirgahayu Community Health Center of Kotabaru Regency as many as 300 people. Sample 75 people with stratified random sampling technique. Bivariate analysis using chi square statistical tests. Results: Research results obtained from 75 respondents as many as 16 respondents (21.3%) occurred DHF, 16 people (21.3%) were poor sanitation and 19 people (25.3%) who behaved badly. Square test results with a 95% confidence level of P value 0,000 <α 0.05. Conclusion: (Ha) the hypothesis is accepted or there is a relationship between environmental sanitation and the incidence of DHF HUBUNGAN SANITASI LINGKUNGAN DAN PERILAKU MASYARAKAT TERHADAP KEJADIAN PENYAKIT DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE (DBD) DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS DIRGAHAYU KABUPATEN KOTABARU TAHUN 2020. Latar Belakang : Untuk Kabupaten Kotabaru ada terdapat 3 Puskesmas antara lain Puskesmas Hilir, Puskesmas Sebatung dan Puskesmas Dirgahayu dengan data kasus DBD anatara lain Puskesmas Hilir dengan 69 kasus DBD, Puskesmas Sebatung dengan 48 kasus DBD dan Puskesmas Dirgahayu 80 kasus DBD meningkat dari tahun sebelumnya (Puskesmas Dirgahayu 2019). Tujuan : Mengetahui Hubungan Sanitasi Lingkungan dan Perilaku Masyarakat Dalam Kejadian Demam Berdarah Dengue di wilayah Puskesmas Dirgahayau Tahun 2020. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Populasi penelitian adalah semua kepala keluarga Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Dirgahayu Kabupaten Kotabaru sebanyak 300 orang. Sampel 75 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel stratified random. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji statistic chi square. Hasil : Hasil Penelitian di dapatkan dari 75 responden sebanyak 16 responden (21,3%) terjadi DBD, 16 orang ( 21,3%) yang sanitasi nya buruk dan 19 orang (25,3%) yang berprilaku buruk. Hasil uji square dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95 % nilai P value 0,000 < α 0,05. Kesimpulan : (Ha) hipotesis diterima atau ada hubungan antara sanitasi lingkungan dengan kejadian DBD.
