Abstract

Pada kegiatan penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk Membuat desain sistem penggerak traktor apung kapasitas 6,5 Horse Power, Membuat sebuah alat transmisi traktor apung kapasitas 6,5 Horse Power, Mengetahui perbandingan kecepatan Rpm (Revolution Per Minute) engine dengan kecepatan Rpm (Rotaion Per Minute) Output sistem penggerak, Metode yang di gunakan adalah metode observasi, Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap untuk mempermudah dan memperjelas arah penelitian, yaitu tahap perancangan (desain) alat, pembuatan atau perakitan alat, pengujian hasil rancangan, pengamatan, dan pengolahan data. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut diperoleh diantaranya diameter puli penggerk sebesar 80mm, puli yang di gerakkan 300 mm, kecepatan keliling puli penggerak 15,07 m/s, puli yang di gerakkan 56,52 m/s, anjang belt yang di gunakan 1.426,85 mm, Rpm keluar dari puli 960 Rpm, sedangkan pada bagian gigi sporket, jumlah gigi sprocket atas 9 mata, jumlah gigi sprocket bawah 27 mata, putaran mesin 960 Rpm, pitch (p) 20 mm, jarak sumbu (x) 420 mm, berat rantai/m 1,55kg/m, jumlah link (K) rantai 61 buah, panjang rantai 1,22 m, diameter sporket bagian atas D1 = 58,82 mm, diameter Sporket bagian bawah D2 = 181,81 mm, velocity ratio rantai A 320 Rpm, kecepatan rantai saat beroperasi 2,88 m/s, breaking load rantai 42.400 newton, safety factor dan daya maksimal P = 4.422,16 watt, beban total rantai transmisi W = 1561,04 N, faktor keamanan rantai 27,16 Rpm, kecepatan keluar gigi sporket 311,86 Rpm, kecepatan traktor jika diameter roda 125mm adalah 4,08m/secon atau 14,6 km/jam. In this research activity, the aim of this research is to design a floating tractor drive system with a capacity of 6.5 Horse Power, to make a floating tractor transmission device with a capacity of 6.5 Horse Power, to know the ratio of engine speed Rpm (Revolution Per Minute) with a speed of Rpm (Rotaion Per Minute). ) The output of the drive system, the method used is the method of observation. This research was carried out in several stages to simplify and clarify the direction of the research, namely the design (design) stage of the tool, manufacture or assembly of tools, testing the design results, observation, and data processing. The results of the research were obtained including the pulley diameter of 80mm, the pulley that was moved 300 mm, the speed of the pulley that was driven 15.07 m / s, the pulley that was moved was 56.52 m / s, the length of the belt used was 1.426.85 mm. , Rpm comes out of the pulley 960 Rpm, while on the sporket teeth, the number of teeth of the upper sprocket is 9 eyes, the number of teeth of the lower sprocket is 27 eyes, the engine speed is 960 Rpm, the pitch (p) is 20 mm, the axis distance (x) is 420 mm, the weight of the chain / m 1.55kg / m, the number of links (K) of the chain is 61, the length of the chain is 1.22 m, the diameter of the upper sporket D1 = 58.82 mm, the diameter of the lower shaft D2 = 181.81 mm, the velocity ratio of the chain A 320 Rpm, chain speed when operating 2.88 m / s, chain breaking load 42,400 newtons, safety factor and maximum power P = 4,422.16 watts, total transmission chain load W = 1561.04 N, chain safety factor 27.16 Rpm , the speed of the gear sporket is 311.86 Rpm, the speed of the tractor if the wheel diameter is 125mm is 4.08m / secon or 14.6 km / hr.
