Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan penyakit tidak menular yang menjadi salah satu penyebab utama kematian prematur didunia kelurahan sungai besar banjarbaru menduduki urutan kedua hipertensi diwilayah kerja kelurahan sungai besar data menunjukan tahun 2019 jumlah penderita hipertensi sebesar 1642 orang tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan aktivitas fisik kecemasan tingkst stres obesitas dan program germas dengan kejadian hipertensi di kelurahan sungai besar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional populasi adalah semua anggota masyrakat yang berusia45-70 tahun bertempat tinggal di kelurahan sungai besar banjarbaru sebesar 1925 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel secara pjrposive sampling sebanyak 100 responden.instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data chi square berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat sebagian besar aktivitas fisik 51 responden tidak cemas 80 responden tingkat stres ringan 53 responden obesitas 52 responden program germas mengikuti 58 responden kejadian hipertensi 52 responden. Saran bagi petugas kesehatan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan promosi kesehatan dengan memberikan penyuluhan mengenai upaya pencegahan terjadi hipertensi pada masyarakat Hypertension is a non-communicable disease which is one of the leading causes of premature death in the world. Sungai Besar Banjarbaru Village ranks second in the case of hypertension in the Sungai Besar Banjarbaru Village, data show that in 2019 the number of hypertension sufferers is 1,642 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between physical activity, anxiety, stres levels of obesity and the program healthy living community movement with the incidence of hypertension in the community in Sungai Besar Banjarbaru Village in 2020. This study was an analytic study with cross sectional approach. The population is all community members aged 45-70 years who live in the Sungai Besar Banjarbaru sub-district as many as 1,925 people with a purposive sampling technique of sampling as many as 100 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire and data analysis with chi square. Based on the results of the study found that most of the physical activity was less 51 (51%), no worries 80 (80%), mild stres levels 53 (53%), obesity in the normal category of 52 (52%), the program healthy living community movement followed 58 (58%), 52 (52%) hypertension, there was a relationship between physical activity and the incidence of hypertension in the community with p-value = 0.046, there was no relationship of anxiety with the incidence of hypertension with p-value = 1,000, and there was a relationship between stres levels and the incidence hypertension with p-value = 0.015, there is no relationship of obesity with the incidence of hypertension with p-value = 0.205, there is a relationship between the program healthy living community movement and the incidence of hypertension with p-value = 0,000. Suggestions for health workers can improve health promotion services by providing counseling and socialization about efforts to prevent hypertension in the community
