Abstract

Tia Laili, 2019, Analisis Motivasi dan Prestasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT Penerbit Erlangga Depo Banjarmasin, Pembimbing I: Hj. Sulastini, Pembimbing II : Siti Mardah Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji : (1) mengetahui sejauh mana motivasi dan prestasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Penerbit Erlangga Depo Bnjarmasindan (2) untuk mengetahui diantara variabel-variabel yang diteliti manakah yang lebih dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Penerbit Erlangga Depo Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriftif kualitatif. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh karyawan PT Penerbit Erlangga Depo Banjarmasin sebanyak 33 karyawan tidak termasuk Kepala Cabang dan sampel diambil dari keseluruhan populasi. Teknik pengambilan data, yaitu kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) berdasarkan hasil perhitungan ternyata variable motivasi berdominan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil rata-rata presentase variable motivasi yaitu sebesar 74,24% dan rata-rata persentase kinerja karyawan menunjukkan 59,84%, (2) berdasarkan hasil perhitungan ternyata variable prestasi kerja berdominan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil rata-rata presentase variable motivasi yaitu sebesar 59,08% dan rata-rata persentase kinerja karyawan menunjukkan 59,84% dan (3) berdasarkan hasil perhitungan antara variable motivasi dan variable prestasi kerja ternyata variable motivasi lebih berdominan terhadap kinerja karyawan dibandingkan variable prestasi kerja. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil rata-rata persentase variable motivasi yaitu 74,24% yang lebih besar dari hasil rata-rata persentase variable prestasi kerja 59,84%. Sulastini, Advisor II: SitiMardah This study aims to support: (1) Knowing related to motivation and work performance of employees of PT Publisher ErlanggaDepoBnjakit and (2) to determine the relationship of variables that require superior updates to employees of PT Publisher ErlanggaDepo Banjarmasin. This study uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The population of this study was all 33 employees of PT Publisher ErlanggaDepo Banjarmasin not including Branch Heads and samples were taken from the entire population. Data collection techniques, namely questionnaires, interviews and observations. The results showed: (1) based on the results of the calculation of dominant motivational variables on employee performance. This can be seen from the results of the average percentage of motivational variables that is equal to 74.24% and the average percentage of employee performance shows 59.84%, (2) based on the calculation results it turns out that work performance variables are dominantly related to employee performance. this can be seen from the results of the average percentage of motivational variables that is equal to 59.08% and the average percentage of employee performance shows 59.84% and (3) based on the results of calculations between motivation variables and employee performance variables. This can be seen from the results of the average percentage of motivation variables that is 74.24% which is greater than the average results of the percentage of work performance variables 59.84%.
