Abstract

Median ialah suatu bagian tengah badan jalan yang secara fisik memisahkan arus lalu lintas yang berlawan arah. Berfungsi untuk menghilangkan konflik lalu lintas dari arah yang berlawanan, sehingga pada gilirannya akan meningkatkan keselamatan lalu lintas. Penelitian dilakukan pada ruas Jalan Brigjend H Hasan Basri Kota Banjarmasin. Analisis yang dilaksanakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI 1997) untuk menngetahui nilai volume lalu lintas, tingkat kejenuhan, lama waktu berputar, antrian, waktu tundaan dan tingkat pelayanan jalan. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa di titik I volume lalu lintas sebesar 1500.19 Smp/jam, volume putar balik 11.87 Smp/jam, derajat kejenuhan 0.50, waktu berputar 20.78 detik, kecepatan 31.47 km/jam, antrian 1.0 p, waktu tundaan 4 detik, LOS 0.14. di titik II volume lalu lintas sebesar 1684.11 Smp/jam, volume putar balik 268.14 smp/jam, derajat kejenuhan 0.57, waktu berputar 18.97 detik, kecepatan 31.75 Km/jam, antrian 1.23 p, waktu tundaan 4 detik, LOS 0.18. The median is a middle part of the road body that physically separates traffic flows in opposite directions. Serves to eliminate traffic conflicts from the opposite direction, which in turn will improve traffic safety. The research was conducted on Jalan Brig. H Hasan Basri, Banjarmasin City. The analysis carried out in this study used the Manual Method of Indonesian Road Capacity (MKJI 1997) to determine the value of traffic volume, saturation level, turnaround time, queues, delay times and road service levels. The results of the analysis show that at point I the traffic volume is 1500.19 Smp / hour, the reverse volume is 11.87 Smp / hour, the degree of saturation is 0.50, the rotating time is 20.78 seconds, the speed is 31.47 km / hour, the queue is 1.0 p, the delay time is 4 seconds, LOS 0.14 . at point II the traffic volume is 1684.11 Smp / hour, the reverse volume is 268.14 pcu / hour, the degree of saturation is 0.57, the rotating time is 18.97 seconds, the speed is 31.75 km / hour, the queue is 1.23 p, the delay time is 4 seconds, LOS 0.18.
