Abstract

Kantor Kecamatan Banjarmasin Tengah merupakan instansi yang mempunyai tugas melaksanakan pengembangan hygiene perusahaan, ergonomi, dan pelayanan kerja di lingkungan perusahaan. Adapun kinerja sistem dalam pengelolaan data di Kantor Kecamatan Banjarmasin Tengah khususnya pada kegiatan kinerja, absensi, aktivitas harian pegawai yang belum efektif dan efisien meskipun sudah menggunakan komputer, dikarenakan pembuatan dan penyimpanannya yang terpisah sehingga kesulitan dalam pencarian data saat diperlukan kembali. Metode pengembangan sistem informasi menggunakan metode waterfall dengan menggunakan alat bantu UML (Unified Modelling Language), teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode penelitian dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Implementasi program menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php, MySQL sebagai tempat pemrosesan database, dan Xampp. Pengelolaan dirancang untuk membangun sistem yang terkomputerisasi sehingga memudahkan pihak instansi dalam mengolah data-data. Pengelolaan data yang dibuat dapat mengelola data pegawai, data aktivitas, data kinerja, data absensi, data cuti, data gaji, data penerimaan gaji, dan data pensiun. The Central Banjarmasin District Office is an agency that has the task of implementing the development of company hygiene, ergonomics, and work services in the company environment. As for the performance of the system in data management in the Central Banjarmasin District Office, especially in performance activities, attendance, daily activities of employees that have not been effective and efficient even though they have used computers, due to separate manufacturing and storage so that it is difficult to find data when needed again. The method of developing information systems uses the waterfall method using UML (Unified Modeling Language) tools, data collection techniques using research methods by means of observation, interviews, and literature study. The implementation of the program uses the php programming language, MySQL as a place for database processing, and Xampp. Management is designed to build a computerized system that makes it easier for agencies to process data. Data management that is made can manage employee data, activity data, performance data, attendance data, leave data, salary data, salary receipt data, and pension data.
