Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisapengaruh secara simultan Semangat Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada Bengkel Mitra Bersama Banjarbaru, pengaruh secara parsial Semangat Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada Bengkel Mitra Bersama Banjarbaru dan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada Bengkel Mitra Bersama Banjarbaru. Penulisan ini berangkat dari suatu kerangka teori, gagasan para ahli, ataupun pemahaman peneliti berdasarkan pengalamannya, kemudian dikembangkan menjadi permasalahan-permasalahan beserta pemecahan-pemecahannnya yang diajukan untuk memperoleh pembenaran (verivikasi) dalam bentuk dukungan data emperis di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis seberapa besar, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan populasi sebanyak 26, sampel 26 orang dan teknik analisis data dengan instrument penelitian uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Semangat Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada Bengkel Mitra Bersama Banjarbaru, Semangat Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada Bengkel Mitra Bersama Banjarbaru dan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada Bengkel Mitra Bersama Banjarbaru adalah Lingkungan Kerja. Determinasi adjusted (R2) adalah 0,557 atau 55,7 %, hal ini menunjukkan besarnya kontribusi yang diberikan seluruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikatnya The purpose of this study was to determine and simultaneously analyze the work spirit and work environment on employee productivity at the Mitra Bersama Workshop Banjarbaru, the partial influence of work spirit and work environment on employee productivity at the Mitra Bersama workshop Banjarbaru and the variables that had dominant influence on work productivity Employees at the Banjarbaru Joint Partner Workshop. The writing of this idea departs from a theoretical framework, experts, or understanding understanding of their experience, then developed into problems and their proposed solutions to obtain justification (verification) in the form of empirical data support in the field. This study aims to determine and analyze how much, the method used in this study is a quantitative method, with a population of 26, a sample of 26 people and data analysis techniques with research instruments validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption test and using multiple linear regression, The results of this study indicate that work morale and work environment have a significant simultaneous effect on employee productivity at the Mitra Bersama Workshop Banjarbaru, work morale and work environment have a partially significant effect on employee productivity at the Mitra Bersama workshop Banjarbaru and the variables that have a dominant influence on employee productivity. at the Banjarbaru Joint Partner Workshop is the Work Environment. The adjusted determination (R2) is 0.557 or 55.7%, this shows the amount of contribution given by all independent variables to the variables they determine
