Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang kandungan nutrien tanaman pegagan yang diberikan pupuk kandang yang berbeda. Perlakuan terdiri atas P1 (100% Tanpa Pupuk), P2 (75% P1 + 25 % Pupuk Humus), P3 (50% P1 + 50 % Pupuk Humus), P4 (25% P1 + 75 % Pupuk Humus), P5 (75% P1 + 25 % Pupuk Bokashi), P6 (50% P1 + 50 % Pupuk Bokashi), P7 (25% P1 + 75 % Pupuk Bokashi). Penelitian menggunakan stolon tanaman pegagan yang dibagi 7 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Proksimat. Variabel yang diamati terdiri dari kandungan kadar air, protein, serat kasar, dan lemak. Didapatkan hasil dan kesimpulan bahwa pengunaan pupuk bokashi dan humus terhadap tanaman pegagan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kandungan kadar air, protein kasar, dan lemak kasar namun ada sedikit peningkatan pada kandungan serat kasar pada perlakuan P6 (50% P1 + 50% pupuk bokashi) ke P7 (25% P1 + 75% pupuk bokashi). The purpose of this study was to determine the nutrient content of gotu kola plants given different manure. The treatments consisted of P1 (100% without fertilizer), P2 (75% P1 + 25% Humus Fertilizer), P3 (50% P1 + 50% Humus Fertilizer), P4 (25% P1 + 75% Humus Fertilizer), P5 (75 % P1 + 25% Bokashi Fertilizer), P6 (50% P1 + 50% Bokashi Fertilizer), P7 (25% P1 + 75% Bokashi Fertilizer). The research used gotu kola plant stolon which was divided into 7 treatments and 3 replications. This study uses the Proximate Test. The variables observed consisted of moisture, protein, crude fiber and fat content. The results and conclusions were that the use of bokashi and humus fertilizers on gotu kola plants did not significantly affect the water content, crude protein, and crude fat, but there was a slight increase in crude fiber content in treatment P6 (50% P1 + 50% bokashi fertilizer) to P7 (25% P1 + 75% bokashi fertilizer).
