Abstract

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja dalam pekerjaan atau usaha seringkali mengandung potensi resiko berbahaya dalam bentuk kecelakaan kerja. Kasus-kasus kecelakaan di seluruh dunia termasuk di Indonesia masih cukup besar. Kecelakaan kerja tersebut mengakibatkan banyak pekerja meninggal sehingga tidak mampu lagi bekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penilaian tingkat resiko kecelakaan kerja yang mungkin akan terjadi di proyek pelebaran jalan handil bakti dan mengetahui solusi alternatif pengendalian resiko kecelakaan kerja berdasarkan nilai benefit and cost analysis. Berdasarkan analisis resiko kecelakaan pada tiap tahap pekerjaan diketahui bahwa tingkat kecelakaan kerja yang dialami rata-rata tidak terlalu berat sebagian besar hanya mengalami luka dan mendapatkan perawatan medis namun tidak sampai terjadi kematian. Solusi alternatif pengendalian resiko kecelakaan kerja menggunakan metode benefit and cost analisys pada tiap tahap pekerjaan memiliki nilai B/C > 1. Accident cases around the world including in Indonesia are still quite large. The work accident resulted in many workers dying so that they could no longer work. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of risk assessment of work accidents that may occur in the road widening project Handil Bakti and find out alternative solutions to risk control of work accidents based on the value of benefit and cost analysis. Based on the analysis of the risk of accidents at each stage of work, it is known that the rate of work accidents experienced is not too severe, most of whom only experience injuries and receive medical care, but not until death occurs. An alternative solution to controlling the risk of work accidents using the benefit and cost analysis method at each stage of work has a value of B / C> 1.
