Abstract

Berdasarkan data Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara tahun 2020 didapatkan jumlah kunjungan pasien rawat jalan terendah yaitu di Puskesmas Sapala Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara sebanyak 2.221 kunjungan. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan minat kunjungan ulang masyarakat di Puskesmas Sapala Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara Tahun 2021. Metode penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi jumlah kunjungan pasien di Puskesmas Sapala Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara pada tahun 2020 sebanyak 2.221 orang. Sampel sebanyak 96 responden menggunakan teknik Insidental Sampling. Uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian sebanyak 57 responden (59,4%) berminat untuk berkunjung ulang, sebanyak 65 responden (67,7%) menyatakan akses kurang, sebanyak 73 responden (76,0%) menyatakan pelayanan baik, sebanyak 64 responden (66,7%) menyatakan ketersediaan alat, sebanyak 83 responden (86,5%) menyatakan ketersediaan obat-obatan. Ada hubungan akses (p-value = 0,000), pelayanan (p-value = 0,003), ketersediaan alat (p-value = 0,004), ketersediaan obat-obatan (p-value = 0,002) dengan minat kunjungan ulang masyarakat di Puskesmas Sapala Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara Tahun 2021. Akses ke Puskesmas Sapala untuk desa Bararawa, Desa Palbatu dan Desa Tampakang harus menggunakan transportasi air seperti speadboad dan perahu mesin, jarak yang jauh, pelayanan, tidak tersedianya alat dan obat-obatan menjadi bahan pertimbangan masyarakat untuk melakukan kunjungan ulang ke Puskesmas Sapala.Diharapkan Puskesmas mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan, ketersediaan alat dan obat-obatan sehingga masyarakat berminat untuk berkunjung ulang ke Puskesmas. The results of the study were 57 respondents (59.4%) were interested in revisiting, as many as 65 respondents (67.7%) stated that access was lacking, as many as 73 respondents (76.0%) stated good service, as many as 64 respondents (66.7%) ) stated the availability of tools, as many as 83 respondents (86.5%) stated the availability of medicines. There is a relationship between access (p-value = 0.000), service (p-value = 0.003), availability of equipment (p-value = 0.004), availability of medicines (p-value = 0.002) with interest in community visits at the Sapala Health Center.
