Abstract

Manajemen logistik obat merupakan rangkaian kegiatan yang menyangkut aspek perencanaan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian dan penghapusan obat yang dikelola secara optimal demi tercapainya ketepatan jumlah dan jenis obat dan perbekalan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah efektifitas dan efesiensi manajemen logistik obat pada Instalasi Farmasi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Barito Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan deskriftif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek Penelitian terdiri dari informan yaitu Kepala Dinas Kesehatan, Sekretaris Dinas Kesehatan, Kepala Bidang Pelayanan dan Sumber Daya Manusia Kesehatan, Kepala Seksi Kefarmasian, Alat Kesehatan dan PKRT dan petugas pengelola Instalasi Farmasi melalui wawancara yang terstruktur mulai dari input/ masukan, proses dan output/ keluaran dengan panduan pertanyaan yang telah dipersiapkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat ketersediaan obat dasar terpenuhi sesuai standar, namun karena masa pandemic covid-19 ini sehingga ada beberapa jenis obat yang tidak tersedia, perencanaan obat dilakukan dengan melihat usulan Rencana Kebutuhan Obat (RKO) dari seluruh Puskesmas dan juga melihat pada 10 penyakit terbanyak, serta berdasarkan pada formularium Nasional, pengadaan obat dilakukan dengan system e-katalog selama sekali dalam setahun yang mana obat disediakan oleh pihak ketiga sesuai dengan permintaan obat yang telah di klik jenisnya melalui aplikasi dalam e-katalog. Pendistibusian Obat dilakukan dengan cara petugas Instalasi Farmasi mengantarkan obat-obat yang dipesan oleh semua Puskesmas. Pengelolaan obat kadaluarsa dilakukan dengan cara pemusnahan dan penghapusan obat bersama pihak ketiga dengan membuat Berita Acara Pemusnahan. Efektifitas dan efesiensi manajemen logistik obat pada Instalasi Farmasi Kabupaten Barito Timur belum sepenuhnya maksimal itu dikarenakan petugas pada Instalasi Farmasi kurang sehingga perlu penambahan tenaga yang berkompeten dalam pengelolaan logistik obat.Manajemen logistik obat merupakan rangkaian kegiatan yang menyangkut aspek perencanaan, pengadaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian dan penghapusan obat yang dikelola secara optimal demi tercapainya ketepatan jumlah dan jenis obat dan perbekalan kesehatan. Drug distribution is carried out by means of Pharmacy Installation officers delivering medicines ordered by all Puskesmas. Management of expired drugs is carried out by destroying and eliminating drugs together with third parties by making a Minutes of Destruction.
