Abstract

Maisuroh, NPM 17120056 “Peranan Dinas Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan Dalam Revitalisasi Pasar Tradisional Di Kabupaten Banjar” Bimbingan Bapak Dr. Murdiansyah Herman,S.Sos.M.AP sebagai Pembimbing Utama dan Ibu Fika Fibriyanita, S.Sos., M. AP sebagai Co Pembimbing. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perananan pembinaan teknis, koordinasi mengenai sarana pendukung pasar, pemantauan, monitoring serta evaluasi dan pelaporan dalam Revitalisasi pasar Tradisional oleh Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Banjar. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian atau field research. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi, wawancara dan ke lapangan kepada beberapa informan. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik random. Analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan melalui wawancara, narasumber dan dokumen-dokumen, perananan pembinaan teknis, koordinasi mengenai sarana pendukung pasar, pemantauan, monitoring serta evaluasi dan pelaporan dalam Revitalisasi pasar Tradisional oleh Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Banjar. Terdapat perbedaan yang menunjukkan pengelolaan pasar yang dikelola oleh Pemerintah Daerah maupun pasar yang dikelola oleh pemerintah desa. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti pada bulan Mei sampai dengan bulan juni 2021, di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Banjar, peneliti dapat menarik beberapa kesimpulan tentang revitalisasi pasar tradisional di Kabupaten Banjar , dalam revitalisasi pasar tradisional pemerintah ada beberapa tahapan. This study aims to determine the role of technical guidance, coordination of market support facilities, monitoring, monitoring and evaluation and reporting in the revitalization of traditional markets by the Banjar Regency Industry and Trade Office. The research method uses a qualitative approach to the type of research or field research. Data were collected by observation, interviews and to the field to several informants. The sample was determined using a random technique. Data analysis uses data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that through interviews, resource persons and documents, the role of technical guidance, coordination of market support facilities, monitoring, monitoring and evaluation and reporting in the revitalization of traditional markets by the Banjar Regency Industry and Trade Office. There are differences that show market management managed by the Regional Government and markets managed by the village government. From the results of research that has been carried out by researchers from May to June 2021, at the Banjar Regency Industry and Trade Office, researchers can draw several conclusions about the revitalization of traditional markets in Banjar Regency, in the government's traditional market revitalization there are several stages. From Coordination to monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
