Abstract

Penyakit Jantung Koroner (PJK) mengalami peningkatan pesat di Indonesia. Perilaku pencegahan yakni salah satu tindakan yang diharapkan mampu menekan penurunan kejadian kasus PJK. Persepsi kerentanan dan keseriusan penyakit individu akan mempengaruhi perilaku mereka dalam menjaga kesehatannya. Tujuan penelitian ini buat menjelaskan hubungan persepsi kerentanan dan persepsi keseriusan penyakit dengan perilaku pencegahan PJK di Puskesmas Banjarbaru Utara. Metode yang dipakai Deskriptif Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional, subjek yang diteliti masyarakat peserta BPJS yang berkunjung ke puskesmas usia 17 sampai dengan 65 tahun yang berjumlah 6.565 orang, sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan rumus slovin yang ditemukankan 99 orang dengan teknik sampel Accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data memakai kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden sudah berperilaku baik dalam pencegahan PJK (66.7%), hampir semua responden memiliki persepsi kerentanan positif terhadap penyakit jantung koronerPJK (81,8%) dan persepsi keseriusan yang positif sebanyak (99%). Hasil menunjukkan p-Value = 0,167 > (a=0,1) tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi kerentanan dengan perilaku pencegahan dan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi keseriusan dengan perilaku pencegahan PJK di Puskesmas Banjarbaru Utara p-Value = 0,333 > (a=0,1). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan membuat program prioritas seperti edukasi dan kampanye germas dengan melibatkan lintas program dan lintas sektor dalam menggalakkan pentingnya promosi kesehatan PJK sehingga diharapkan mampu menurunkan angka kasus PJK di Puskesmas Banjarbaru Utara. Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) has increased rapidly in Indonesia. Preventive behavior is one of the actions that are expected to reduce the incidence of CHDcases. The perception of vulnerability and seriousness of an individual's disease will affect their behavior in maintaining their health. The purpose of this study is to explain the relationship of perception of susceptibility and perception of seriousness of disease with the preventive behavior of CHD in North Banjarbaru Health Center. The method used quantitative descriptive with cross sectionalapproach, the subject studied by the community of BPJS participants who visited the health center aged 17 sampaiwith 65 years of age amounting to 6,565 people,the study sample was determined by the slovin formula obtained by 99 people with accidental sampling sample technique. . Data collection techniques use questionnaires and interviews. The results showed most respondents were already well behaved in the prevention of CHD (66.7%), almost all respondents had a positive perception of susceptibility to coronary heart disease (81.8%) and a positive perception of seriousness as much as (99%). The results showed p-Value = 0.167 > (a =0.1) there was no significant relationship between perception of vulnerability and preventive behavior and no significant association between perception of seriousness with prevention behavior of CHD in North Banjarbaru Health Center p-Value = 0.333 > (a = 0.1). Based on the results of the study, it is recommended to make priority programs such as education and germas campaigns by involving cross-program and cross-sector in promoting the importance of health promotion of CHD so that it is expected to reduce the number of chD cases in North Banjarbaru Health Center.
