Abstract

Program JKN bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pencapaian universal health coverage dan derajat kesehatan masyarakat. Berdasarkan per 30 April 2021 data jumlah kepesertaan JKN mandiri sebanyak 30.787.849 jiwa. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui karakteristik, persepsi dan dukungan keluarga dengan kepesertaan JKN mandiri di Puskesmas Perawatan Bakau Kabupaten Kotabaru tahun 2021. Metode penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh Kepala keluarga di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Perawatan Bakau Kabupaten Kotabaru tahun 2021 sebanyak 5.226 kepala keluarga. Sampel sebanyak 98 responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proporsional Stratified Random Sampling. Uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi square test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar tidak menjadi peserta JKN mandiri sebanyak 58 orang (59,2%), pendidikan dasar sebanyak 52 orang (53,1%), pekerjaan Nelayan sebanyak 36 orang (36,7%), penghasilan menengah sebanyak 71 orang (72,4%), persepsi tentang JKN positif sebanyak 64 orang (65,3%), mendapat dukungan dari keluarga sebanyak 83 orang (84,7%). Ada hubungan karakteristik seperti pendidikan (p-value=0,018), pekerjaan (p-value=0,017), dan penghasilan(p-value=0,003) dengan kepesertaan JKN mandiri. Ada hubungan persepsi tentang JKN dengan kepesertaan JKN mandiri (p-value=0,000). Ada hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepesertaan JKN mandiri (p-value=0,039) mandiri di Puskesmas Perawatan Bakau Kabupaten Kotabaru tahun 2021. Diharapkan petugas kesehatan dapat mengoptimalkan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya ikut dalam program JKN dengan menggunakan media yang lebih mudah diakses seperti instagram, whatshap, facebook sehingga dapat lebih cepat tersampaikan kepada masyarakat. The JKN program aims to improve the achievement of universal health coverage and public health status. Based on 30 April 2021 data, the number of independent JKN participants was 30,787,849 people. This study aims to determine the characteristics, perceptions and support of families with independent JKN participation at the Bakau Health Center in Kotabaru in 2021. The research method is an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The population is all heads of families in the working area of the Bakau Health Center in Kotabaru in 2021 as many as 5,226 families. The sample is 98 respondents. Sampling using Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique. Statistical test using Chi square test. The results showed that most of the participants did not become independent JKN participants as many as 58 people (59.2%), basic education as many as 52 people (53.1%), fishermen occupations as many as 36 people (36.7%), middle income as many as 71 people ( 72.4%), 64 people (65.3%) have positive perceptions about JKN, 83 people (84.7%). There is a relationship between characteristics such as education (p-value = 0.018), occupation (p-value = 0.017), and income (p-value = 0.003) with independent JKN participation. There is a relationship between perceptions of JKN and independent JKN participation (p-value = 0.000). There is a relationship between family support and independent JKN participation (p-value = 0.039) at the Bakau Health Center in Kotabaru in 2021. It is hoped that health workers can optimize outreach to the community about the importance of participating in the JKN program by using more accessible media such as Instagram, WhatsApp , Facebook so that it can be conveyed more quickly to the public.
