Abstract

Sistem transmisi adalah sebuah alat pemindah daya yang terdiri dari rangkaian komponen mekanik pemindah daya yang bekerja untuk mengatur daya dan tenaga yang dihasilkan dari sebuah motor sampai ke penggerak roda. Bagaimana pengaruh gear ratio terhadap putaran mesin, output transmisi, gearbox dan poros roda, berdasarkan hasil pengujian putaran input mesin terhadap output transmisi tanpa beban dimana pada gigi 1 bukaan gas 30% di peroleh putaran mesin 2265 rpm dan putaran transmisi 9.43 rpm. Hasil perhitungan putaran input mesin terhadap output transmisi dengan beban 190 Kg pada gigi 1 bukaan gas 30% di peroleh putaran mesin 2021 rpm dan putaran transmisi 9.15 rpm. Hasil perhitungan putaran input mesin terhadap output transmisi dengan beban 288 Kg pada gigi 1 bukaan gas 30% di peroleh putaran mesin 1769 rpm dan putaran transmisi 10.53 rpm. Hasil perhitungan putaran input mesin terhadap output gearbox tanpa beban pada gigi 1 bukaan gas 30% di peroleh putaran mesin 2265 rpm dan putaran output gearbox 12.05 rpm. Hasil perhitungan putaran input mesin terhadap output gearbox dengan beban 190 Kg pada gigi 3 di peroleh putaran mesin 1754 rpm dan putaran output gearbox 15.91 rpm. Hasil perhitungan putaran input mesin terhadap output gearbox dengan beban 288 Kg pada gigi 3 di peroleh putaran mesin 1356 rpm dan putaran output gearbox 13.08 rpm. Hasil perhitungan putaran input mesin terhadap poros roda tanpa beban dengan bukaan gas 30% pada gigi 3 di peroleh putaran mesin 2174 rpm dan putaran poros roda 39.59 rpm. Hasil perhitungan putaran input mesin terhadap poros roda dengan beban 190 Kg bukaan gas 30% pada gigi 3 di peroleh putaran mesin 1754 rpm dan putaran poros roda 51.13 rpm. Hasil perhitungan putaran input mesin terhadap poros roda dengan beban 288 Kg bukaan gas 30% pada gigi 3 di peroleh putaran mesin 1356 rpm dan putaran poros roda 45.5 rpm. The transmission system is a power transfer device consisting of a series of mechanical power transfer components that work to regulate the power and power generated from a motor to the wheel drive. How is the effect of the gear ratio on engine speed, transmission output, gearbox and wheel axle, based on the results of testing the engine input rotation on the output of a no-load transmission where in gear 1 the gas opening is 30%, the engine speed is 2265 rpm and the transmission speed is 9.43 rpm. The results of the calculation of the engine input rotation on the transmission output with a load of 190 Kg in gear 1 with 30% gas opening are obtained at 2021 rpm engine speed and 9.15 rpm transmission speed. The results of the calculation of the engine input rotation on the transmission output with a load of 288 Kg in 1st gear with 30% gas opening obtained engine speed of 1769 rpm and transmission speed of 10.53 rpm. The results of the calculation of the engine input rotation on the gearbox output without load in gear 1 with 30% gas openings obtained engine speed of 2265 rpm and gearbox output rotation of 12.05 rpm. The results of the calculation of the engine input rotation on the gearbox output with a load of 190 Kg in 3rd gear obtained engine speed of 1754 rpm and gearbox output rotation of 15.91 rpm. The results of the calculation of the engine input rotation on the gearbox output with a load of 288 Kg in 3rd gear obtained engine speed of 1356 rpm and gearbox output rotation of 13.08 rpm. The results of the calculation of the engine input rotation on the axle without load with 30% gas opening in 3rd gear obtained engine speed of 2174 rpm and wheel axle rotation of 39.59 rpm. The results of the calculation of the engine input rotation on the wheel axle with a load of 190 kg, 30% gas opening in 3rd gear, the engine speed is 1754 rpm and the wheel axle rotation is 51.13 rpm. The results of the calculation of the engine input rotation on the wheel axle with a load of 288 kg, 30% gas opening in 3rd gear, the engine speed is 1356 rpm and wheel axle is 45.5 rpm.
