Abstract

Berdasarkan Di negara maju angka kejadian preeklampsia berat berkisar 6 – 7% dan eklampsia 0,1 – 0,7%. Menurut World Health Organization ( WHO ) menyatakan angka kejadian preeklampsia berkisar antara 0,51% - 38,4%, sedangkan angka kejadian di Indonesia sekitar 3,4% - 8,5% ( Legawati & Utama, 2017 ). Angka kejadian preeklampsia di Indonesia berkisar antara 3-10% dari seluruh kehamilan (Gloria,2017). Dari kunjungan poli kandungan Kecamatan Seruyan Hilir Tahun 2020 jumlah kunjungan yang aktib ada 564 ibu hamil dengan kejadian tidak mengalami Preeklampsia sebanyak 70 (82,4%) ibu hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan buat mengetahui Hubungan Pola Makan, Paritas, Dan Sikap Ibu Dengan Kejadian Preeklampsia Di RSUD Kuala Pembuang Kabupaten Seruyan Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini yaitu penelitian Kuantitatif yang bersifat analitis dengan memakai pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh ibu hamil yang berkunjung ke poli kandungan berjumlah 564 ibu hamil. Sampel sebanyak 85 responden yang diambil dengan memakai teknik Accidental Sampling. Uji statistic memakai uji chi squre ada hubungan pola makan dengan kejadian Preeklampsia ( p = 0,000), tidak ada hubungan paritas dengan kejadian Preeklampsia ( p = 0,369 ), ada hubungan sikap ibu dengan kejadian preeklampsia (p = 0,000 ). Buat mencegah kejadian Preeklampsia ibu hamil selalu menjaga pola makan, sikap ibu, dan rutin mengkonsumsi vitamin,suplemen ibu hamil. Based on developed countries, the incidence of severe preeclampsia ranges from 6 to 7% and eclampsia from 0.1 to 0.7%. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the incidence of preeclampsia ranges from 0.51% - 38.4%, while the incidence in Indonesia is around 3.4% - 8.5% (Legawati & Utama, 2017). The incidence of preeclampsia in Indonesia ranges from 3-10% of all pregnancies (Gloria, 2017). From the visit to the obstetrics polyclinic in Seruyan Hilir District in 2020, the number of active visits was 564 pregnant women with the incidence of not experiencing preeclampsia as many as 70 (82.4%) pregnant women. This study aims to determine the relationship between eating patterns, parity, and maternal attitudes with the incidence of preeclampsia in Kuala Pembuang Hospital, Seruyan Regency in 2021.This research is an analytical quantitative research using a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all pregnant women who visited the obstetrics polyclinic totaling 564 pregnant women. A sample of 85 respondents was taken using the Accidental Sampling technique. The statistical test using the chi squre test showed a relationship between diet and the incidence of preeclampsia (p = 0.000), there was no parity relationship with the incidence of preeclampsia (p = 0.369), there was a relationship between maternal attitudes and the incidence of preeclampsia (p = 0.000). To prevent the incidence of preeclampsia, pregnant women always maintain their diet, mother's attitude, and regularly consume vitamins, supplements for pregnant women.
