Abstract

Abutment adalah bangunan bawah jembatan yang terletak pada kedua ujung pilar–pilar jembatan, berfungsi sebagai pemikul seluruh beban hidup dan mati serta berfungsi sebagai tembok penahan tanah yaitu menahan tekanan tanah aktif. Penelitian dilakukan di Jembatan Sungai Dusun Kelurahan Handil Bakti Kecamatan Alalak menggunakan metode SNI ( Standar Nasional Indonesia) dengan perhitungan beban mati akibat konstruksi atas, perencanaan dimensi abutment, perhitungan titik berat, perhitungan kombinasi pembebanan, control terhadap geser dan guling, penulangan abutment dan perhitungan Rencana anggaran biaya. Dari penelitian diketahui dimensi abutment yaitu lebar 4,0 meter, tinggi 4,2 meter dengan kedalaman abutment 1,7 meter. Penulangan kepala abutment jembatan menggunakan tulangan utama D18-200 dan tulangan bagi D10 – 320. Penulangan tubuh abutment menggunakan tulangan utama D29 – 200, tulangan bagi D13-200 dan tulangan geser D13-200. Pada penulangan dasar abutment menggunakan tulangan utama dengan D29-200, tulangan bagi D12-200 dan tulangan geser D13-200. Hitungan volume untuk pekerjaan galian struktur tanah didapatkan volume 91,8 m3. Pekerjaan timbunan dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan volume 114 m3. Pada penulangan abutment jembatan (baja tulangan U32) didapatkan volume 7052,698 kg sedangkan pekerjaan cor beton Fc’30 Mpa didapatkan volume 35,021 m3. Setelah didapatkan volume masing – masing pekerjaan maka rencana anggaran biaya untuk abutment jembatan yaitu sebesar Rp496.333.078,00. Abutment is a building under the bridge which is located at both ends of the pillars of the bridge, serves as a bearer of all live and dead loads and functions as a retaining wall that is to withstand active earth pressure. The research was conducted at the Sungai Dusun Bridge, Handil Bakti Sub-district, Alalak District using the SNI method (Indonesian National Standard) with the calculation of dead loads due to upper construction, abutment dimension planning, center of gravity calculation, calculation of load combinations, control of shear and overturning, abutment reinforcement and calculation of the budget plan. cost. From the research, it is known that the dimensions of the abutment are 4.0 meters wide, 4.2 meters high and the abutment depth is 1.7 meters. The bridge abutment head reinforcement uses the main reinforcement D18-200 and the reinforcement for D10 – 320. The abutment body reinforcement uses the main reinforcement D29 – 200, the reinforcement for D13-200 and the shear reinforcement D13-200. In the abutment base reinforcement, main reinforcement is used with D29-200, reinforcement for D12-200 and shear reinforcement D13-200. The volume calculation for excavation work of soil structure obtained volume of 91.8 m3. The embankment work from the calculation results obtained a volume of 114 m3. In the bridge abutment reinforcement (reinforcement steel U32) the volume is 7052,698 kg, while for the concrete cast work Fc'30 Mpa, the volume is 35,021 m3. After obtaining the volume of each work, the budget plan for the bridge abutment is Rp. 496.333.078,00.
