Abstract

Data di Puskesmas Sungai Ulin didapatkan data 3 bulan terakhir yaitu bulan Januari sampai Maret 2021 sebanyak 1.374 kunjungan pasien JKN dengan rujuk lanjut pasien peserta Program JKN di Puskesmas Sungai Ulin sebanyak 399 rujukan (29,0%). Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan rujukan pasien BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Sungai Ulin Tahun 2021. Metode penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi seluruh peserta BPJS di Puskesmas Sungai Ulin Tahun 2021 sebanyak 20.230 orang. Sampel sebanyak 100 responden menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling. Uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi Square Test. Hasil penelitian sebagian besar tidak mendapatkan rujukan sebanyak 61 orang (61,0%), pengetahuan sebagian besar baik sebanyak 45 orang (45,0%), sebagian besar adanya ketersediaan obat-obatan sebanyak 81 orang (81,0%), sebagian besar adanya ketersediaan alat sebanyak 74 orang (74,0%), sebagian besar tidak meminta sendiri untuk di rujuk sebanyak 80 orang (80,0%), sebagian besar tidak ada kegawatan/komplikasi sebanyak 75 orang (75,0%). Ada hubungan pengetahuan (p-value=0,021), ketersediaan obat-obatan (p-value=0,008), ketersediaan alat (p-value=0,000), permintaan pasien sendiri (p-value=0,001) dan kegawatan/komplikasi (p-value=0,000) dengan rujukan pasien BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Sungai Ulin Tahun 2021. Diharapkan kepada pengola JKN bekerja sama dengan pihak BPJS untuk memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tentang sistem rujukan di era JKN agar pasien mengerti prosedur rujukan yang ada. The research method is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population of all BPJS participants at the Sungai Ulin Health Center in 2021 is 20,230 people. A sample of 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Statistical test using Chi Square Test. The results of the study mostly did not get referrals as many as 61 people (61.0%), mostly good knowledge as many as 45 people (45.0%), most of the availability of medicines as many as 81 people (81.0%), most of them the availability of tools as many as 74 people (74.0%), most of them did not ask themselves to be referred as many as 80 people (80.0%), most of them had no emergency/complications as many as 75 people (75.0%). There is a relationship between knowledge (p-value = 0.021), availability of medicines (p-value = 0.008), availability of tools (p-value = 0.000), patient's own request (p-value = 0.001) and emergency/complications (p-value = 0.001). value = 0.000) with BPJS Health patient referrals at Sungai Ulin Community Health Center in 2021. It is hoped that JKN administrators will cooperate with BPJS to provide socialization to the public about the referral system in the JKN era so that patients understand existing referral procedures.
