Abstract

Bencana banjir yang sering melanda sebagian besar wilayah dan kota di Indonesia disebabkan oleh kurang dalam penataan ruang. Sistem drainase yang ada sering tidak mampu menampung debit aliran yang terjadi. Sehingga air meluap dan menimbulkan banjir atau pun genangan yang merugikan penduduk. Salah satu alternatif penanggulangan banjir yang sering dilakukan adalah dengan perbaikan pada lokasi setempat. Pada penelitian ini yang diangkat adalah kondisi dari keadaan di kawasan Jalan Rantau – Margasari Km. 00 + 000 – Km. 03 + 000. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui berapa debit rasional perhitungan dengan Skala ulang periode tertentu pada daerah penelitian yaitu jalan Rantau – Margasari STA 00 + 000 – STA 03 + 000, serta untuk mengetahui ukuran dimensi eksisting saluran drainase di lapangan pada daerah penelitian yaitu jalan Rantau – Margasari STA 00 + 000 – STA 03 + 000 dan memberikan ulasan terhadap hasil pengukuran eksisting masing-masing saluran drainase di lapangan tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan pembahasan dapat ditarik kesimpulan, yakni pada penampang saluran S1 memiliki total Q eksisting sebesar 11,355 m3 /det dengan besar total Q rasional perhitungan peneliti sebesar 1,840 m3 /det. dinilai aman, memenuhi untuk mengalirkan debit rasional diatas begitu juga saluran S2, S3 sedangkan S4 dianggap tidak memenuhi (tidak aman). Flood disasters that often hit most regions and cities in Indonesia are caused by a lack of spatial planning. The existing drainage system is often unable to accommodate the flow discharge that occurs. So that the water overflows and causes flooding or puddles that are detrimental to the population. One alternative to flood prevention that is often done is by repairing the local location. In this study, what was raised was the condition of the situation in the area of Jalan Rantau – Margasari Km. 00 + 000 – Km. 03 + 000. The purpose of this study is to find out how much rational discharge is calculated with a certain period re-scale in the research area, namely Jalan Rantau - Margasari STA 00 + 000 - STA 03 + 000, and to determine the dimensions of the existing drainage channel in the field in The research is the Rantau – Margasari road STA 00 + 000 – STA 03 + 000 and provides a review of the results of the existing measurements of each drainage channel in the field. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the cross section of the S1 channel has a total existing Q of 11.355 m3/s with a total rational Q of 1.840 m3/s. considered safe, fulfills the above rational discharge as well as channels S2, S3 while S4 is considered unsafe (unsafe).
