Abstract

Berdasarkan data BPJS Kesehatan ke Puskesmas Alalak Tengah jumlah kepesertaan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional tahun 2021 berjumlah 10.961 jiwa yang terdaftar di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Alalak Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, pendidikan dan kualitas pelayanan dengan pemanfaatan kartu Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Alalak Tengah Kota Banjarmasin tahun 2021. Metode penelitian memakai kuantitatif dengan memakai pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi penelitian yaitu warga yang terdaftar peserta JKN di wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Alalak Tengah Kota Banjarmasin Tahun 2021 sebanyak 10.961 jiwa. Sampel berjumlah 99 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara accidental sampling. Instrumen penelitian memakai kuesioner. Data di analisa memakai uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden memanfaatkan JKN sebanyak 74 (74,7%) responden, sebagian besar berpengetahuan baik sebanyak 48 (48,5%) responden, sebagian besar berpendidikan dasar sebanyak sebanyak 61 (61,6%) responden, sebagian besar kualitas pelayanan memilih kategori baik sebanyak 74 (74,7%) responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan (p=0,256), pendidikan (p=0,924) dengan pemanfaatan kartu JKN. Sedangkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan kualitas pelayanan (p=0,000) dengan pemanfaatan kartu JKN. Diharapkan fasilitas kesehatan bisa meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan baik dalam segi prasarana maupun petugas pelayanan kesehatan itu sendiri. Sehingga masyarakat bisa lebih mudah memahami alur dan sistematika JKN. It is hoped that health facilities can improve health services both in terms of infrastructure and health service workers themselves. So that people can more easily understand the flow and systematics of JKN.
