Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Asifit, Vitamin E dan Kombinasinya Terhadap Kualitas Susu Kambing PE. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen Rancangan Bujur Sangkar Latin (RBSL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan yaitu Perlakuan yang terdiri dari : (P0) = pakan basal tanpa penambahan Asifit dan Vitamin E, (P1) = pakan basal dengan penambahan Asifit, (P2) = pakan basal dengan penambahan Vitamin E dan (P3) Pakan basal dengan kombinasi Asifit + Vitamin E. Sedangkan variabel yang diamati pada penelitian ini adalah kualitas susu yang terdiri (Bahan Kering, Protein dan Kadar lemak), pH Susu, dan factor penunjang seperti suhu dan kelembaban. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis ragam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian Asifit dan Vitamin E atau kombinasinya tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05%) terhadap kadar bahan kering, kadar protein kadar lemak susu dan Ph susu kambing PE. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian Asifit dan Vitamin E belum optimal digunakan sebagai Feed Supplement bagi ternak perah. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving Asifit, Vitamin E and their combination on the quality of PE Goat's Milk. The study used the Latin Square Design (RBSL) experimental method with 4 treatments and 4 replications, namely treatments (P0 of feed without the addition of Asiffit and Vitamin E), (P1 treatment with the addition of Asifit), (P2 treatment with the addition of Vitamin E) and (P3 Treatment with the addition of Vitamin E). with a combination of Asifit + Vitamin E). While the variables observed in this study were the quality of milk consisting of (dry ingredients, protein and fat content), pH of milk, and supporting factors such as temperature and humidity. The data were analyzed using analysis of variance and showed the results that the administration of Asift and Vitamin E or their combination had no significant effect (P>0.05%) on the dry matter content, protein content, milk fat content and pH of PE goat's milk. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the provision of Asifit and Vitamin E is not optimally used as a Feed Supplement for dairy cattle.
