Abstract

The Batu Ampar sub-district office project in Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan was built with a land area of 3,872 m2 and a building area of 324 m2, using a poer foundation, reinforced concrete structure, lightweight brick walls, WF steel frame. The cost of work on the construction project for the Batu ampar sub-district office uses a budget of Rp. 3,186,375,000.00 including VAT. Reinforced concrete structure work in the Batu Ampar sub-district office construction project requires a relatively large cost, reaching 34.42% of the total construction budget and column concrete structure work requires 11.63%. Therefore, special attention is needed on the work of reinforced concrete structures in order to avoid delays in work and losses for contractors. The author aims to determine the productivity of labor on the work of the concrete structure of the 1st and 2nd floor columns with the time study method. The time study method is a method of measuring labor productivity in the field by determining the standard time of a job. Standard time can be obtained from observations. Based on observations, the basic time value will be measured which will then become the basic time which will be processed into standard time, and used to calculate the value of labor productivity. The calculation average results obtained that the value of labor productivity on the work of installing reinforcement columns on the 1st and 2nd floors was 73.10 kg/person/day and 68.09 kg/person/day. For the value of labor productivity on the work of installing formwork columns average on the 1st and 2nd floors is 9.53 m2/person/day and 8.82 m2/person/day. While the value of labor productivity on the 1st and 2nd floor column casting work average is 1.71 m3/person/day and 1.34 m3/person/day. On the work of 10 Kg of reinforcement for each column on the 1st and 2nd floors, the labor coefficient for the field was 0.136 OH, 0.147 OH and MINISTRY ORDINANCE OF PUPR 2016 was 0.152 OH. In the work of 1 m2 of formwork for each column on the 1st floor and 2nd floor, the labor coefficient for the field is 0.106 OH, 0.119 OH and MINISTRY ORDINANCE OF PUPR 2016 1.061 OH. In the 1 m3 casting work of each column on the 1st and 2nd floors, the labor coefficient for the field is 0.592 OH, 0.698 OH, and MINISTRY ORDINANCE OF PUPR 2016 is 2.045 OH. This shows that the work in the field is more effective than MINISTRY ORDINANCE OF PUPR 2016.
