Abstract

Natassa Marsela, 2022. pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di kedai 99 Trisakti Banjarmasin, Skripsi Fakultas Manajemen, Universitas Islam Kalimantan, Pembimbing I Syahrani, Pembimbing II Teguh Wicaksono. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di kedai 99 Trisakti Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 56 responden di kedai 99 Trisakti Banjarmasin. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kebeberapa responden. Data yang sudah dikumpulkan lalu dijabarkan menggunakan tabel dengan angka untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di kedai 99 Trisakti Banjarmasin. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja (X1) dan variabel kompensasi (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di kedai 99 Trisakti Banjarmasin, Motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di kedai 99 Trisakti Banjarmasin. Kata kunci: motivasi kerja, kompensasi kinerja, kedai 99 Trisakti Banjarmasin This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on employee performance at kedai 99 Trisakti Banjarmasin. The method used in this research iş quantitative with a sampel of 56 respondents at Kedai 99 Trisakti Banjarmasin. Collecting data in the study by distributing questionnaires to several respondens.The data that has beden collected is then described using a table with numbers to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on employee performance at kedai 99 Trisakti Banjarmasin. The result of this study indicate that the work motivation variable (X1) and the compensation variable (X2) have a significant positive effect on employee performance at kedai 99 Trisakti Banjarmasin, work motivation and compensation together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at kedai 99 Trisakti Banjarmasin
