Abstract
M. Rully Rahman, 2022, Analisis EOQ Untuk Menjaga Stabilitas Produksi Pada UD. Central Batako Banjarmasin, Pembimbing I : Husnurrofiq, Pembimbing ii : Ervica Zamilah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) menjaga stabilitas produksi pada UD. Central Batako Banjarmasin (2) menghindari terjadinya kekurangan atau kelebihan bahan baku yang akan berpengaruh terhadap jalannya proses produksi dan biaya pemeliharaan bahan baku jika terjadi kelebihan bahan baku (3) menyiapkan pendanaan untuk menjalankan proses produksi pada periode selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil peramalan penjualan periode selanjutnya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan merupakan penelitian survey langsung ke bidang usaha dan dengan melakukan wawancara kepada pemilik usaha dengan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukan (1) ketersediaan bahan baku berpengaruh signifikan terhadap proses produksi (2) keputusan pemimpin perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap jalannya proses produksi (3) peramalan penjualan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketersediaan bahan baku dan kesiapan pendanaan. Central Batako Banjarmasin (2) avoiding the occurrence of shortages or excess of raw materials that will affect the course of the production process and raw material maintenance costs if there is an excess of raw materials (3) prepare funding to run the production process in the next period based on the results of sales forecasting for the next period. This research is a quantitative research and is a direct survey research into the business sector and by conducting interviews with business owners with data analysis. The results show (1) the availability of raw materials has a significant effect on the production process (2) the decisions of company leaders have a significant effect on the course of the production process (3) sales forecasting has a significant effect on the availability of raw materials and funding readiness.
