Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengembangan sumber daya manusia pada CV. Agung Mitra Sejahtera, (2) Untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan pada CV. Agung Mitra Sejahtera. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian Deskriptif Kuantitatif yang dilakukan melalui pembagian kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan CV. Agung Mitra Sejahtera dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 orang dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian karyawan kurang dalam kesetiaan di perusahaan dalam hal bersedia melewati batas waktu normal (lembur) jika pekerjaan belum selesai. Penyebabnya bisa saja pimpinan masih kurang dalam memotivasi dan memberikan semangat. This study aims: (1) To determine the development of human resources in CV. Agung Mitra Sejahtera, (2) To determine the performance of employees at CV. Agung Mitra Sejahtera. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive research method which is carried out through the distribution of questionnaires distributed to employees of CV. Agung Mitra Sejahtera with samples taken as many as 30 people with a saturated sample technique. The data obtained were then analyzed using quantitative descriptive with the percentage formula. The results showed that some employees lacked loyalty in the company in terms of being willing to pass the normal time limit (overtime) if the work had not been completed. The reason could be that the leadership is still lacking in motivating and providing encouragement.
