Abstract
Pandemi COVID-19 merupakan permasalahan global. PENINGKATAN Jumlah pasien COVID-19 yang menjalani perawatan di Rumah Sakit MENGAKIBATKAN BERTAMBAHNYA limbah medis RS. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis implementasi pengelolaan limbah infeksius/medis covid 19 di RSUD H Badaruddin Kasim Kabupaten Tabalong tahun 2021. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, Informan utama adalah Cleaning Service Ruangan Isolasi Covid, petugas pengelola limbah medis, Kasie sarana dan prasarana dan koordinator penanggung jawab limbah infeksius. Informan trianggulasi Kabid/Kasie pelayanan DAN Kabag Tata usaha Instrument menggunakan panduan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian DARI komponen INFUT didapat 2 orang petugas pengelola limbah infeksius telah mendapatkan pelatihan melalui in house tranning Komite PPI, sumber pendanaan diperoleh dari BPBD melalui dana BTT dan APBD Kabupaten Tabalong, fasilitas sarana dan prasarana incinerator yang dimiliki rusak sehingga pihak Rumah Sakit bekerjasama dengan pihak ke tiga yaitu PT Mitra Hijau Asia untuk mengelola limbah infeksius covid-19. Pada komponen proses meliputi pengelolaan air limbah, limbah padat dan B3 medis padat dalam implementasi pengelolaan limbah infeksius/medis covid-19, seluruh limbah cair DImasukan ke bak control dan dialirkan ke IPAL induk diproses sebelum dibuang ke sungai. SEMUA limbah infeksius padat di masukan ke dalam plastik kuning di semprot dengan disinfektan sebelum dibawa keluar ruangan. limbah di timbang dan di catat di loog book dan dimasukkan ke TPS Limbah B3 sampai ada jadwal pengangkutan dari pihak ketiga. Disarankan bagi rumah sakit menyediakan anggaran rutin untuk biaya pengelolaan linbah infeksius covid-19 dan membuat perencanaan anggaran untuk perbaikan alat incenterator untuk kegiatan pengelolaan limbah infeksius/medis covid-19 sehingga dapat menekan anggaran biaya operasional rumah sakit The COVID-19 pandemic is a global problem. Along with the increase in the number of COVID-19 patients undergoing treatment in hospitals, examination activities will also increase so that medical waste will also increase. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the infectious/medical waste management of covid 19 at H Badaruddin Kasim Hospital, Tabalong Regency in 2021. The research method is descriptive qualitative. The informants in this study consisted of the main informants, namely the Cleaning Service of the Covid Isolation Room, medical waste management officers, Head of Section for facilities and infrastructure and 1 person in charge of infectious waste coordinator, while the triangulation informant was Head of Head of Service/Head of Service, Head of Administration as much as 1 person. The instrument uses an in-depth interview guide. The results obtained on the input component include Human Resources (HR), budget funds and infrastructure to support the implementation of infectious/medical waste management COVID-19, 2 infectious waste management officers received training through the in-house training of the PPI Committee, funding sources were obtained from BPBD through BTT funds and the Tabalong Regency APBD, the incinerator facilities and infrastructure owned were damaged so that the Hospital collaborated with a third party, namely PT Mitra Hijau Asia to manage the infectious waste of COVID-19. The process component includes the management of waste water, solid waste and solid medical B3 in supporting the implementation of infectious/medical waste management Covid-19, liquid waste management is obtained, all liquid waste is entered into the control tank and flowed to the main WWTP processed before being discharged into the river and for waste. All solid infectious agents are put into yellow plastic and sprayed with disinfectant before being taken out of the room then taken to the TPS and officers use PPE level 3, at the TPS the waste is weighed and recorded in the log book and put into the B3 Waste TPS until there is a schedule for transportation from third party. It is recommended for hospitals to provide a routine budget for the cost of managing COVID-19 infectious waste and make a budget plan for repairing the incenterator for Covid-19 infectious/medical waste management activities so that it can reduce the hospital operating cost budget.
