Abstract

ABSTRAK Berdasarkan data Jumlah ibu hamil di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Darul Azhar tahun 2021 sebanyak 257 ibu hamil hanya 120 orang (46,69%) dari 257 ibu bersalin yang menggunakan fasilitas layanan kesehatan yang artinya masih dibawah target rencana strategis dinas kesehatan sebesar 77%. Untuk Mengetahui Hubungan Tingkat Pendidikan, Kepemilikan Jaminan Kesehatan dan Riwayat Penggunaan Jasa Dukun Beranak dengan Penggunaan Pelayanan Bersalin Di Puskesmas Darul Azhar Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, yang merupakan studi analitik deskriptif dengan metode pendekatan potong lintang atau “Cross Sectional”.Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara pendidikan dengan penggunaan layanan bersalin di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Darul Azhar Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu dengan p value 0,001 < α (0,05) ada hubungan yang bermakna antara kepemilikan jaminan kesehatan dengan penggunaan layanan bersalin di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Darul Azhar Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu dengan p value 0,041 < α (0,05) ada hubungan yang bermakna antara riwayat penggunaan jasa dukun beranak dengan penggunaan layanan bersalin di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Darul Azhar Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu p value 0,000 < α (0,05). Saran petugas kesehatan lebih meningkatkan sosialisasi dan upaya persuasive untuk memotivasi masyarakat dalam melakukan persalinan di pelayanan kesehatan/fasilitas kesehatan. ABSTRACT Based on data on the number of pregnant women in the working area of the UPT Puskesmas Darul Azhar in 2021 as many as 257 pregnant women, only 120 people (46.69%) of the 257 mothers who gave birth used health service facilities, which means it was still below the target of the health department's strategic plan of 77%. To find out the relationship between education level, health insurance ownership and history of using traditional birth attendant services with the use of maternity services at the Darul Azhar Health Center, Tanah Bumbu Regency. This type of research is a quantitative study, which is a descriptive analytical study with a cross sectional approach. There is a significant relationship between education and the use of maternity services in the working area of the Darul Azhar Health Center, Tanah Bumbu Regency with a p value of 0.001 < (0.05) there is a significant relationship between the ownership of health insurance and the use of maternity services in the working area of the Darul Azhar Health Center Tanah Bumbu Regency with p value 0.041 <( 0.05) there is a significant relationship between the history of using the services of traditional birth attendants and the use of maternity services in the working area of the Darul Azhar Public Health Center, Tanah Bumbu Regency, p value 0.000 < (0.05). Suggestions from health workers to increase socialization and persuasive efforts to motivate people to give birth in health services/health facilities.
