Abstract

Beton porous adalah jenis beton khusus dengan porositas tinggi yang digunakan untuk aplikasi lantai kerja dengan bidang datar, beton porous memungkinkan air curah hujan dan sumber sumber lain untuk melewati langsung, sehingga mengurangi limpasan dari suatu area yang tergenang dan memungkinkan membantu dalam pengisian air tanah. Pada umumnya penggunaan agregat halus atau pasir pada beton porous sangat sedikit bahkan tidak sama sekali digunakan dan memiliki cukup pasta semen untuk melapisi permukaan agregat kasar untuk menjaga ninterkonektivitas pori menurut NRMCA(2004). Selain itu dalam penelitian ini menggunakan fly ash sebagai pengurangan semen dalam beton porous. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik bahan, komposisi campuran beton porous bervariasi, kuat tekan beton porous dan porositas beton porous. Pengujian dilakukan di Laboratorium Struktur dan Bahan Universitas Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al-Banjari Banjarmasin dengan menggunakan metode SNI. Pengujian terdiri atas pengujian semen, fly ash, agregat kasar dan beton di ambil dari Sumber Muhammad Syafawi 2022. Pengujian semen dan fly ash: berat jenis, kehalusan, Konsistensi dan waktu pengikatan. Pengujian agregat kasar: analisa saringan, berat jenis, abrasi, kadar air , kadar lumpur, berat isi, kekerasan. Pengujian beton: kuat tekan dan porositas beton. Dari hasil penelitian karakteristik bahan semen dan fly ash memenuhi spesifikasi SNI dan hasil pengujian agregat kasar memenuhi spesifikasi. Komposisi beton porous dengan fly ash 0% semen 410,0 kg, air 205 kg/lt, agregat kasar 1-2 1773 kg. Komposisi beton porous dengan fly ash 10% semen 369,0 kg, air 205 kg/lt, fly ash 41 kg, agregat kasar 1-2 1773 kg. Komposisi beton porous dengan fly ash 20% semen 328,0kg, air 205 kg/lt, fly ash 82 kg, agregat kasar 1-2 1773 kg. Hasil kuat tekan beton porous fly ash 0% didapat 10,084 MPa dan porositas 2,21%, beton porous fly ash 10% didapat 4,656 MPa dan porositas 8,02%, dan beton porous fly ash 20% didapat 8,874 MPa dan porositas 3,66%. Porous concrete is a special type of concrete with high porosity that is used for work floor applications with a flat surface, porous concrete allows rainfall and other sources to pass through directly, thereby reducing runoff from an inundated area and allowing aid in groundwater recharge. In general, the use of fine aggregate or sand in porous concrete is very little or not used at all and has enough cement paste to coat the surface of the coarse aggregate to maintain pore interconnectivity according to NRMCA (2004). In addition, in this study using fly ash as a reduction of cement in porous concrete. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of the materials, the composition of the porous concrete mixture varied, the compressive strength of porous concrete and the porosity of porous concrete. Tests were carried out at the Laboratory of Structures and Materials, University of Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al-Banjari Banjarmasin using the SNI method. Tests consist of testing cement, fly ash, coarse aggregate and concrete taken from Sumber Muhammad Syafawi 2022. Testing of cement and fly ash: specific gravity, fineness, consistency and setting time. Coarse aggregate testing: sieving, specific gravity, abrasion, moisture content, silt content, bulk density, hardness. Concrete testing: compressive strength and porosity of concrete. From the results of the research on the characteristics of cement and fly ash materials that meet the SNI specifications and the results of the coarse aggregate test meet the specifications. Porous concrete composition with fly ash 0% cement 410.0 kg, water 205 kg/lt, coarse aggregate 1-2 1773 kg. Porous concrete composition with fly ash 10% cement 369.0 kg, water 205 kg/lt, fly ash 41 kg, coarse aggregate 1-2 1773 kg. Porous concrete composition with 20% fly ash 328.0 kg cement, water 205 kg/lt, fly ash 82 kg, coarse aggregate 1-2 1773 kg. The compressive strength of 0% porous fly ash concrete was 10.084 MPa and 2.21% porosity, 10% porous fly ash concrete was 4.656 MPa and 8.02% porosity, and 20% porous fly ash concrete was 8.874 MPa and 3.66 porosity %.
