Abstract

Sistem Pencatatan dan Pelaporan Terpadu Puskesmas (SP2TP) merupakan suatu kegiatan Pencatatan dan Pelaporan puskesmas secara menyeluruh (terpadu) dengan konsep wilayah kerja puskesmas. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui gambaran Implementasi Sistem Pencatatan dan Pelaporan terpadu di Puskesmas Bambulung Tahun 2022. Desain penelitian mengunakan pendekatan Deskriptif dengan 4 (empat) orang Imforman. Instumen mengunakan daftar kuesioner dengan teknik wawancara. Hasil Penelitian Input SDM belum pernah mengikuti pelatihan, akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaan didukung dengan sarana dan pasarana serta kebijakan dalam pelaksanaan SP2TP. Proses, Sumber data dilaporkan bedasarkan hasil kegiatan dan dilaporkan secara online dan manual. Output data dilaporkan dengan lengkap sesuai dengan waktu yang ditentukan. The Puskesmas Integrated Recording and Reporting System (SP2TP) is an activity of recording and reporting puskesmas as a whole (integrated) with the concept of puskesmas work areas. The purpose of the study is to find out the description of the Implementation of an integrated Recording and Reporting System at the Puskesmas Bambulung in 2022. The research design uses a Descriptive approach with 4 (four) Imforman people. The instrument uses a list of questionnaires with interview techniques. The results of the HR Input Research have never attended training, but in implementation it is supported by facilities and markets as well as policies in the implementation of SP2TP. Process, Data sources are reported based on the results of activities and reported online and manually. The output data is reported completely according to the specified time.
