Abstract

Eka Purwanti, NPM. 16120160 “Analisis Pengadaan Barang/Jasa secara Elektronik (E-Procurement) pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan”. Bimbingan Ibu Normajatun sebagai Pembimbung Utama dan Ibu Fika Fibriyanita sebagai Co Pembimbing. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengadaan barang dan jasa secara e-procurement pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan dan menganalisis hambatan serta faktor pendukung pengadaan barang dan jasa secara e-procurement pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan wawancara dan dokumentasi kepada dua orang informan. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengadaan barang/jasa pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan secara elektronik telah berjalan selama enam tahun dan telah sesuai dengan peraturan, tetapi masih ditemukan beberapa hambatan yang perlu diatasi dalam pelaksanaan pengadaan barang/jasa pada Biro Umum Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Advised by Mrs. Normajatun as main advisor and Mrs. Fika Fibriyanita as Co advisor. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of goods/services electronic procurement that was conducted in General Bureau of South Borneo Province’s Regional Secretariat also to analyze obstacles and supporting factor of goods/services electronic procurement in General Bureau of South Borneo Province’s Regional Secretariat. The research method used qualitative approach with type of descriptive research. Data were collected by doing interviews and documentation to two informants. Sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed by using descriptive method. The result showed that goods/services electronic procurement in General Bureau of South Borneo Province’s Regional Secretariat had been running for six years and the implementation was in accordance with the regulation, but there were some obstacles that need to be overcomed in the implementation of goods/services electronic procurement in General Bureau of South Borneo Province’s Regional.
