Most cases of ARI based on the cohort of sick children at the Mandastana Health Center (2O19) came from the Antasan Segara village. ARI is influenced by several factors including knowledge, attitudes, mother's age, mother's education, mother's occupation, parity, and smoking status. This study aims to determine the relationship between maternal age, maternal education, maternal occupation, parity, smoking status with the incidence of ISPA in toddlers at UPT Puskesmas Mandastana in 2O2O. This study used an analytical survey method with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all children under five who experienced ISPA in January-March 2O2O, totaling 328 people at Mandastana Health Center. The sample in this study used accidental sampling as many as 77 mothers who had children under five at Mandastana Health Center in May 2O2O. The type of data was a questionnaire which was analyzed by using the Chi Square test with a significance level of 95% (O.O5). Based on the research results, it was found that 27 people (35.1%) had ISPA, 23 people (29.9%) had less knowledge, 32 people (41.6%) had negative attitudes, as many as 41 people (53.2%) at risk age category (<2O /> 35 years), as many as 29 people (37.7%) had low education (SD / SMP), 32 people (41.6%) worked, as many as 38 people (49.4%) parity risk (1 /> 3) and as many as 33 people (42.9%) smoked (active / passive). There is a knowledge relationship (p.value O.OOO<O.O5); attitude (p.value O.OOO<O.O5); maternal age (p.value O.OOO<O.O5); education (p.value O.OOO<O.O5); employment (p.value O.OOO<O.O5); parity (p.value O.OOO<O.O5) and smoking status (p.value O.OOO<O.O5) with the incidence of ISPA in children under five at UPT Puskesmas Mandastana. It is expected to provide education and counseling related to ISPA disease in toddlers including signs of symptoms, transmission and prevention of ISPAs so that mothers pay more attention to children's health conditions and do not underestimate ISPAs.
