Abstract
Indonesia menempati urutan ke-3 angka kejadian Tuberkulosis Paru di dunia setelah india dan China. Estimasi kasus baru Tuberculosis sebesar 10,4 juta atau 142 kasus/ 100.000 populasi penduduk sehingga penting dilakukan tindakan pencegahan primer penularan TBC mengenai host (individu yang diinfeksi) agar tidak menularkan penyakit TBC pada orang lain dan TBC menjadi salah satu penyebab kematian di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan usia, masa kerja, pengetahuan, sikap Petugas pengelola program Tuberkulosis terhadap kinerja capaian angka penemuan kasus Tuberkulosis di wilayah kota Banjarmasin tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional , karena penelitian ini bukan hanya semata- mata untuk mendeskripsikan tentang suatu keadaan tetapi juga sekaligus menjelaskan tentang hubungan antara berbagai variabel yang di teliti dari obyek yang mempunyai unit atau individu yang cukup banyak dengan data di peroleh melalui kuesioner terhadap petugas Tuberkulosis. Populasi dan sampel adalah Petugas TBC yang ada di 26 puskesmas se Kota Banjarmasin yaitu 78 orang yang terdiri dari Dokter TBC, petugas TBC dan analis TBC dan Sampel penelitian yang di ambil hanya berjumlah 57 orang dengan kriteria petugas yang sudah menjalani pelatihan Tuberkulosis. Hasil penelitian pada analisis univariat dan bivariat dari 57 sampel hubungan antara usia dengan kinerja (p-value=0,000), masa kerja dengan kinerja (p-value=0,002), pengetahuan dengan kinerja (p-value=0,000) dan sikap dengan kinerja (p-value=0,000). Disarankan perlu adanya monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkala dan berkelanjutan dalam pengelolaan Program Tuberkulosis dalam hal kinerja petugas dalam penanggulangan Tuberkulosis di wilayah kerja masing- masing puskesmas. This study aims to determine the relationship between age, years of service, knowledge, and attitudes of tuberculosis program management officers on the performance of tuberculosis case detection rates in the city of Banjarmasin in 2020. This study uses a cross sectional method, because this research is not only to describe a situation but also to explain the relationship between the various variables studied from objects that have quite a lot of units or individuals and the data obtained through a questionnaire. against Tuberculosis officers. Population and sample are TBC officers in 26 health centers throughout Banjarmasin City, namely 78 people consisting of TB doctors, TB officers and TB analysts. The research sample taken was only 57 people with the criteria of officers who had undergone Tuberculosis training. The results of research on the univariate and bivariate analysis of 57 samples of the relationship between age and performance (p-value = 0,000), tenure and performance (p-value = 0.002), knowledge with performance (p-value = 0,000) and attitude and performance ( p-value = 0.000). It is recommended that there is need for regular and continuous monitoring and evaluation in the management of the Tuberculosis Program in terms of the performance of officers in the prevention of tuberculosis in the work area of each puskesmas.
