Abstract

ABSTRAK Data Dinas Kesehatan Kota Banjarbaru hasil skrining anemia pada tahun 2023 Puskesmas Banjarbaru Utara menempati urutan ke 3 kejadian anemia dari 252 siswi SMA yang di skrining sebanyak 63 siswi (25%) mengalami anemia, SMA PGRI 2 Banjarbaru merupakan cakupan dari Puskesmas Banjarbaru Utara. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dan kepatuhan minum tablet Fe dengan kejadian anemia pada siswi di SMA PGRI 2 Banjarbaru Tahun 2023. Metode penelitian survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh siswi SMA PGRI 2 Banjarbaru tahun 2023 sebanyak 80 orang. Sampel sebanyak 75 responden menggunakan teknik total sampling. Uji statistik menggunakan uji Chi Square Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden tidak anemia sebanyak 50 responden (66,7%), sebagian besar responden memiliki pengetahuan cukup tentang anemia sebanyak 42 responden (56,0%) dan sebagian besar responden tidak patuh minum tablet Fe sebanyak 60 responden (80,0%). Ada hubungan tingkat pengetahuan (p-value=0,000) dan kepatuhan minum tablet Fe (p-value=0,032) dengan kejadian anemia pada siswi di SMA PGRI 2 Banjarbaru Tahun 2023. Diharapkan pihak guru membuat kartu monitoring yang didalamnya terdapat informasi terkait anemia dan penjadwalan dalam mengkonsumsi tablet Fe serta ada tanda tangan guru untuk memudahkan proses pemantauan perkembangan remaja putri mengkonsumsi tablet Fe. Kata kunci : Kejadian Anemia, Pengetahuan, Kepatuhan minum tablet Fe ABSTRACT Data from the Banjarbaru City Health Office, the results of anemia screening in 2023, the North Banjarbaru Health Center ranks 3rd for the incidence of anemia, out of 252 high school students screened, 63 students (25%) have anemia. The study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and adherence to taking Fe tablets with the incidence of anemia in female students at SMA PGRI 2 Banjarbaru in 2023. The research method was an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. The population is all SMA PGRI 2 Banjarbaru students in 2023 as many as 80 people. A sample of 75 respondents used the total sampling technique. Statistical test using the Chi Square Test. The results showed that most of the respondents were not anemic as many as 50 respondents (66.7%), most of the respondents had sufficient knowledge about anemia as many as 42 respondents (56.0%) and most of the respondents were not compliant with taking Fe tablets as many as 60 respondents (80 %) ,0%). There is a relationship between the level of knowledge (p-value = 0.000) and adherence to taking Fe tablets (p-value = 0.032) with the incidence of anemia in female students at SMA PGRI 2 Banjarbaru in 2023. It is hoped that the teacher will make a monitoring card which contains information related to anemia and scheduling in consuming Fe tablets and there is a teacher's signature to facilitate the process of monitoring the development of young women consuming Fe tablets.
