Abstract
Pelaksanaan penelitian pengembangan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas 1 Martapura sebagai bentuk latihan narapidana untuk menjadikan PHBS sebagai suatu kebiasaan dengan harapan terwujudnya Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) yang baik. Jenis penelitian ini dalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan dan pencarian data berupa wawancara narapidana dan pemantauan langsung secara berkala.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan seperti apa Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) di lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas 1 Martapura dengan hasil sebagai berikut Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak Kelas 1 Martapura sudah cukup baik akan tetapi masih banyak anak yang belum begitu paham tentang penerapan PHBS dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.Personal hygiene narapidana di Lembaga Pembinaan khusus Anak Kelas 1 Martapura juga cukup baik, akan tetapi ada beberapa hal tentang kebersihan pribadi narapidana yang masih kurang diperhatikan oleh yang bersangkutan.Untuk lingkungan keseluruhan di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus anak Kelas 1 Martapura sudah baik akan tetapi untuk kebersihan ruangan tempat narapidana masih kurang. Diharapkan Instansi dan petugas lebih memperhatikan fasilitas dan sarana prasarana seperti penempatan letak WC maupun kamar mandi dan lebih sering memberikan pemahaman-pemahaman atau konseling seputar kesehatan untuk narapidana serta memperbanyak poster tentang kesehatan didalam maupun diluar ruangan narapidana. Conducting Research on the Development of Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) at the Special Guidance Institution for Class 1 Children in Martapura as a form of prisoner training to adopt PHBS as a habit in the hope of the realization of good Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS).This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with field studies and data searches containing inmate interviews and full direct searches.The purpose of this research is to explain what is the Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) in a special development institution of Grade 1 children in Martapura withThe result as follows a clean and healthy behavior (PHBS) at a special Development Institute Children 1st Class Martapura is good enough but there are still many children who have not been familiar about the application of PHBS. Personal hygiene inmates at the Special Development Institution of Class 1 Martapura is also quite good, but there are some things about the personal hygiene of convicts that are still less concerned by the concerned. For the whole environment in special coaching institutions children Class 1 Martapura is good but for the cleanliness of the room where the convicts are still lacking. Hopefully the results of this research agencies and officers pay more attention to facilities and infrastructures such as the Placement of toilets and bathrooms and alsooften provide understanding or counseling about health for convicts and multiply posters about health inside and outside the room convicts.
