Abstract
The effectiveness of this regular post-rehabilitation work program is determined by several factors, namely the knowledge and attitudes of the respondents towards the frequency of recurrences after this rehabilitation. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and the effectiveness of regular post-rehabilitation work programs on the frequency of recurrence among BNNP Kal-Sel clients in 2019. This research method is an analytical survey with a correlation analytical design or cross sectional study. The sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents. Sampling in this study using total sampling. The instrument used in this research is by using a measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire and analyzed manually and computerized, namely univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results of this study indicate that based on the univariate results of the respondent's good knowledge frequency as many as 43 people (71.7%), a positive attitude as many as 40 people (66.7%), and the effectiveness of the effective work program as many as 39 people (65.0%). The results of this univariate analysis indicate a relationship between knowledge and the effectiveness of regular post-rehabilitation work programs. The results of the bivariate analysis of the chi-square test between knowledge and the effectiveness of regular post-rehabilitation work programs obtained p-value = 0.141 and between attitudes and the effectiveness of regular post-rehabilitation work programs obtained p-value = 0,000. With the results of this research, it can provide optimization of work programs like this in order to increase knowledge and instill a positive attitude in order to stay away from drugs and avoid relapses after rehabilitation and create a healthy society.
