Abstract

Pemerintahan Daerah Kota Banjarmasin telah membuat Peraturan Daerah Kota Banjarmasin Nomor 7 Tahun 2013. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan di SMP Negeri 7 Banjarmasin dengan mewawancari guru BK mengatakan sudah 100% KTR, tetapi masih belum optimal karena masih ada yang ketahuan merokok di sekolah dan pada umum nya hanya laki- laki yang merokok tetapi di sekolah ada beberapa siswa perempuan yang ketahuan merokok di lingkungan sekolah. Guru BK mengatakan bahwa puskesmas sudah melakukan sosialisasi tetapi tidak ada jadwal tertentu untuk sosialisasi kepada siswa mengenai tentang Kawasan Tanpa Rokok dan Bahaya nya merokok. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang bersifat analitik dengan desain Sampling Random. populasi di SMP Negeri 7 Banjarmasin berjumlah 662 orang. Sampel penelitian adalah berjumlah 85 orang. Analisis daya yang dilakukan adalah univariat dan bivariate dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian diperoleh variabel yang berhubungan dengan Penerapan kebijakan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR) adalah variabel Penyampaian Informasi (p=0,570) , Konsistensi Informasi (p=0,310) Kejelasan Informasi (p=0,570) tidak memiliki hubungan dengan penerapan kebijakan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian bahwa tidak ada hubungan penyampaian informasi ,konsistensi informasi dan kejelasan informasi terhadap Penerapan kebijakan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR) pada Siswa Siswi SMP Negeri 7 Banjarmasin. Saran lebih sering melakukan sosialisasi dengan pihak mana pun , siswa mencari tahu sendiri tentang rokok , bagi peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk memperluan objek penelitian dan menambah variabel disposisi dan struktur birokrasi. The Regional Government of Banjarmasin City has made Banjarmasin City Regional Regulation Number 7 of 2013. Based on a preliminary study at Junior high school Negeri 7 Banjarmasin by interviewing counseling teachers, they said that it was 100% no smoking area, but it was still not optimal because there were still those who were caught smoking at school and in general only boys smoked but at school there were several female students who were caught smoking in the school environment. The counseling teacher said that the puskesmas had conducted socialization but there was no specific schedule for outreach to students about smoking-free areas and the dangers of smoking. This type of research used an analytical quantitative method with a random sampling design. The population at Junior high school Negeri 7 Banjarmasin totaled 662 people. The research sample was 85 people. The power analysis performed was univariate and bivariate with the chi-square test. The results showed that the variables related to the Implementation of Non-Smoking Area policies were Information Submission (p=0.570), Information Consistency (p=0.310) Information Clarity (p=0.570) had no relationship with policy implementation. The conclusion from the study is that there is no relationship between the delivery of information, the consistency of information and the clarity of information on the implementation of the Non�Smoking Area policy for students at Junior high school Negeri 7 Banjarmasin. Suggestions are to socialize more often with any party, students find out for themselves about smoking, for further researchers it is suggested to expand the research object and add disposition variables and bureaucratic structure.
