Abstract
Dari studi pendahuluan yang menyebabkan perawat mengalami stress kerja disebabkan perawat tidak hanya melayani/merawat pasien saja, tetapi perawat ruang rawat inap juga melayani pasien lainnya Hubungan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Di Ruang Rawat Inap (Anak) Di Rumah Sakit Idaman Daerah Kota Banjarbaru ini adalah Hubungan Stress Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap (Anak) di Rumah Sakit Daerah Idaman Kota Banjarbaru. Metode penelitian adalah metode kuantitatif yang bersifat survey analitik dengan pendekatan desain Cross Sectional. Sampel sebanyak 68 responden dengan teknik sampling total sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan kinerja perawat 51,5% dan stress kerja 5,9%t idak ada hubungan antara stress kerja terhadap kinerja perawat (p= 0.614). Saran para perawat bisa meminimalisir jam kerja dengan perawat lain. According to the early findings, nurses face work stress since they not only serve/care for patients, but they also serve other patients in the inpatient room. The Relationship between Work Stress and the Performance of Nurses in the Inpatient Room (Children) at the Idaman Regional Hospital, Banjarbaru City. The research method is quantitative, consisting of an analytical survey with a cross-sectional design. The sample size was 68 respondents drawn via a complete sampling technique. The research findings revealed that nurse performance was 51.5% and work stress was 5.9%. There was no relationship between work stress and nurse performance (p= 0.614). Suggestions from nurses can minimize working hours with other nurses.
