Abstract
ABSTRAK Kecelakaan kerja merupakan masalah yang signifikan dalam lingkungan rumah sakit, terutama bagi petugas cleaning service yang sering terpapar risiko kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Dari bulan Januari-Mei tahun 2024 ditemukan 5petugas cleaning service di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin mengalami keelakaan kerja seperti tertusuk, terjatuh dan terpapar cairan B3. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan sikap dan pelatihan K3 dengan keelakaan kerja terhadap petugas cleaning service di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 67 orang menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner, analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan sikap (p-value = 0,000) dengan keelakaan kerja pada petugas cleaning service dan tidak ada hubungan pelatihan K3 (p-value = 0,626) dengan kecelakaan kerja pada petugas cleaning service. Saran diharapkan rumah sakit dapat melakukan program pelatihan yang lebih efektif dan meningkatkan pengawasan yang lebih ketat terhadap penerapan K3. Kata Kunci: Keelakaan Kerja, Sikap dan Pelatihan K3 ABSTRACT Work accidents are a significant problem in hospital environments, especially for cleaning service workers who are often exposed to occupational health and safety risks. From January to May 2024, it was found that 5cleaning service officers at Ulin Banjarmasin Hospital had work accidents such as being stabbed, falling and exposed to B3 liquid. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between K3 attitudes and training and work accidents for cleaning service officers at Ulin Banjarmasin Hospital in 2024. This study uses a quantitative approach with a cross sectional design. The accidental sampling technique with a sample of 67 people using a questionnaire measuring tool, data analysis using the chi square test. The results of the statistical test showed that there was a relationship between attitude (p-value = 0.000) and work accidents in cleaning service officers and there was no relationship between K3 training (p-value = 0.626) and work accidents in cleaning service officers. It is hoped that hospitals can conduct more effective training programs and increase stricter supervision of the implementation of K3. Keywords: Work Accidents, Attitudes and K3 Training
