Abstract
Data Unit Pengelola Irigasi (UPI) di Kecamatan Dadahup Tahun 2024 jumlah petugas sebanyak 38 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kelelahan kerja pada petugas Unit Pengelola Irigasi (UPI) di Kecamatan Dadahup Tahun 2024. Metode penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel sebanyak 38 orang dengan menggunakan Teknik Total Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan cara wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-squer dengan a = 0,05. Petugas Unit Pengelola Irigasi dengan usia tidak berisiko 18-40 tahun 27 orang (71,1%), masa kerja lama 21 orang (55,3%), kelelahan kerja sedang 20 orang (52,6%), beban kerja tinggi 14 orang (36,8%), dan stres kerja rendah 27 orang (71,1%). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa usia petugas p-value = 0,018, Masa Kerja p-value = 1.000, Beban Kerja p-value = 969 dan Stres Kerja p-value = 0,002 ada pengaruh usia dan stres kerja terhadap kelelahan kerja. Diharapkan pihak pengelola Unit Irigasi (UPI) di Kecamatan Dadahup memberikan perhatian lebih pentingnya mengetahui beban kerja yang diberikan terhadap petugas yang lebih tua hal ini dapat menyebabkan stres kerja pada petugas karena mengacu pada lelahnya bekerja berat sedangkan usia sudah tua. Based on data from the Irrigation Management Unit (UPI) in Dadahup District in 2024, the number of officers is 38 people. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that affect work fatigue in Irrigation Management Unit (UPI) officers in Dadahup District in 2024. This research method is quantitative with a Cross Sectional approach. The sample was 38 people using the Total Sampling Technique. Questionnaires are used in data collection together with observations and interviews. A = 0.05 Chi-Squer test is used in data analysis. 27 employees (71.1%) of the Irrigation Management Unit who are not at risk and are between the ages of 18 and 40 21 employees (55.3%) who work long hours, 20 employees (52.6%) who have moderate work weariness 14 employees (36.6%) who have a heavy workload and 27 employees (71.1%) who have low work stress. The study's findings demonstrated that there was a relationship between age and work stress and work tiredness. The officer's age (p-value = 0.018), working period (p-value = 1,000), workload (p-value = 969), and work stress (p- value = 0.002). It is hoped that Dadahup District's Irrigation Unit (UPI) management will give greater thought to how important it is to know the workload assigned to older officers. This can lead to job stress in officers as it relates to the fatigue of working hard while getting older.
